The house is located on the beautiful west coast of Greece between Plataria and Sivota directly by the sea and about 24 km from Igoumenitsa, opposite the island of Corfu.
The house has a living space of approx. 149 m2 and has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen with all electrical appliances, dining room, a large terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and a wonderful panoramic view. It is located outside the village of Plataria, right next to the campsite, slightly above sealevel and offers an incomparable view of the sea. There is only one other house right next to the house, so you can relax from the hectic pace of everyday life in a calm and relaxed atmosphere.
In Sivota and Plataria you will find many restaurants, cafés and good shopping opportunities. Lonely bays invite you to swim, sunbathe and dive. Water sports are also possible. The next largest city is Igoumenitsa.
