Villa Sari is off Kalamar Rd , a lovely 6 minute stroll to the Old Town

Superb villa, one of the best I have stayed in. Lots of room both inside and out. Quality furnishings. Wonderful pool. The owner has really thought about what is needed for a great holiday stay. Location is excellent. Plenty bars and restaurants close to the villa if you want to avoid the hilly side of Kalkan.

We have just had a fabulous fortnight in Villa Sari. This has to be the nicest villa we've ever stayed at, everything we needed was there. The welcome pack was much appreciated. Irfan's daily delivery of fresh bread was great, and he was such a helpful guy. The pool was so nice, especially to jump straight in to after walking back from town. There are some friendly villa cats and a tortoise! The beach and town are easy to walk to, the hill on the way back is hard, but doable, if not there are taxis.We did a couple of great trips with Define Tours, a jeep safari and boat trip. If we ever return to Kalkan we would absolutely stay at Villa Sari.

Villa Sari is a lovely villa, in the perfect area in Kalkan. It is a 2 minute walk to the old town and the beach. There is a shop that speaks English at the end of the road, which stocks the essentials - water, beer, milk, wine, baklava, juice, food basics, etc. Run by a friendly family.The villa itself is spacious - the photos dont do it justice at all. The wide-angle photos really arent needed, because there is loads pf space. The pool is perfect and a man comes every day to maintain it - and he brings you fresh bread!There is air con in every bedroom and in the lounge also.Overall, we had an amazing experience in Villa Sari. The owners and proprty managers are in constant contact and cant do enough for you. 5 stars! *****

We had a fantastic stay at this villa! It's beautifully appointed with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is perfect—tucked away in a peaceful, quiet area yet just a short walk to both the new and old town. Whether you’re looking to explore or just unwind, it’s ideally positioned. The host was also incredibly welcoming and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely 2 weeks stay in Villa Sari. The location to the town is brilliant if you don’t mind a few hills on the way back (but taxis are cheap if you do!). The Villa was clean and ample size for our family of 4 with two teenage boys. The Villa was well equipped with everything you need for your stay and all the information received from Kevin before arrival made the travel/holiday stress free. The pool was lovely and refreshing although there is no shallow end so myself and one son couldn’t stand up but there was inflatables provided and we took our own so this was fine. Overall a fabulous stay at villa Sari and in beautiful Kalkan - thank you so much ?

Great stay with wonderful hosts in Kalkan. Villa is ideally located close to shops, restaurants and harbour. Yet far enough to jot be bothered by the masses.

We chose this Villa due to its excellent location and it didn’t disappoint. This was by far the best equipped Villa we have stayed in , there was nothing it didn’t have . The pool is perfect , beds are comfortable, the villa is spotless, we loved every minute and would definitely return . Kevin and his family are perfect hosts. It has absolutely stunning roof top view and gorgeous outside areas . The little touches of a food parcel and fresh bread delivered daily was so nice . Thank you for making our stay amazing .

Very comfortable and clean villa with beautiful pool. Quiet and peaceful. Close to Kalkan centre. Great owners who answered all our questions and helped us plan our trip. Very helpful local manager who quickly resolved any issues.
