Even before entering the villa, you will be struck by the stunning views and the spacious terrace and garden from which to enjoy them. This is the perfect spot for sunbathing, swimming or relaxing in the Jacuzzi whilst appreciating the amazing views. Equipped with 8 comfortable reclining Sun Loungers with parasols and individual drinks tables make the outside area a relaxation paradise where you can enjoy drinks from the marble wet bar with bar stools, fridge, freezer and sink. This avoids wet people having to go in and out of the villa. The shaded lounge area outside with its contemporary relaxing sofas is ideal for reading while enjoying the view or for a cocktail at the end of the day. External Dining Table seating up to 10, and barbecue for those occasional nights when you're feeling like a night in.
In addition you can escape the sun and get a little more active in the shaded games room playing Table Tennis, Air Hockey or Pool safety darts or perhaps backgammon or chess at the games table: Ideal for children and teens! It is also well away from the main patio so it does not disturb the tranquillity there.
The 40m2 optionally heated pool provides ample area to swim or relax.
The pool depth is a constant 1.6 with no deep or shallow end
The entrance brings you into a spectacular open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with an almost full glass frontage. On this level, there is one double bedroom with en-suite wet room and access to a small private terrace and garden area.
Up on the first floor, reached by a stylish marble staircase, are three more spacious bedrooms (two doubles and family room ), each. The main bedroom has the very best of those views, with a balcony and large floor to ceiling patio door window. The second bedroom on this floor has a balcony and an en-suite wet room and the third, also balcony and an en-suite wet room.. The Ensuite Family Bedroom has a single bed and a double bed. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, all have hairdryers and straighteners, and all have private balconies or terrace with amazing views over the pool, Kalkan and both Kalkan and Kalamar Bays. The Master bedroom also has a sofa bed which can sleep two and the downstairs bedroom can accommodate a fold down bed if required
There is a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room for your personal use, and with the option of a daily maid service and the services of a gardener/pool man and fresh bread delivery every morning is included so your holiday can be as chore free as you wish! There is WiFi throughout and SKY TV giving a vast array of English language Movies, News, Sports & Children's channels.
