Stayed Aug 16, 2025From the moment we arrived, this villa exceeded every expectation. The property is beautifully maintained, immaculately clean, and designed with a perfect balance of luxury and comfort. The interiors are spacious, modern, and stylish, yet feel wonderfully homely — every detail has clearly been thought through with care. The outdoor area was the highlight of our stay: a stunning pool with plenty of loungers, shaded spots for relaxing, and breathtaking views that made every sunrise and sunset unforgettable. The villa is perfectly equipped — from a fully stocked kitchen to high-quality linens, comfortable beds, and excellent WiFi.Location-wise, it was ideal: close enough to local shops, restaurants, and attractions for convenience, yet private and peaceful enough to feel like a true escape. Most importantly, the hosts were outstanding. Friendly, attentive, and always on hand to help with local recommendations or small touches that made the stay extra special. Their warm hospitality truly set this experience apart. We left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and already planning our return. If you’re looking for a villa that offers style, comfort, and an unforgettable experience, look no further — this is it.

Stayed May 23, 2025This was a superb villa for a family holiday. There were 10 of us, 6 adults and 4 children between 4 and 14 years of age. When you arrive at the villa your breath is taken away by the stunning views across Kalkan to the sea. The facilities were excellent. The heated pool was one of the highlights enjoyed in full by all the family. Add in the pool table and table football and you had a feast of fun. The equipment in the villa was excellent and everything was well maintained and spotlessly clean. Prior to the holiday we had excellent communication with Tamer and during our stay Ozgur not only greeted us on arrival but also helped with any questions we had and helped us arrange taxis to Kalkan. We did occasionally walk into Kalkan but it is very steep so we often took a taxi to and fro. Taxis are reasonably priced. Kalkan is attractive and offers a rich assortment of restaurants and bars. However, it is 12 years since our last visit and it would be fair to say we were shocked by the increase in prices. You will be paying UK prices and more in the restaurants. That apart, the area is still amazing with wonderful scenery and outstanding archaeological sites. We had a wonderful 9 days.

Stayed Apr 13, 2025Just back from 7 days at this stunning Villa. We were 2 families of 4 and it accommodated us really easily. We found the pool and the outdoor space absolutely perfect and the view is incredible. The sun rises behind the villa so the pool is in shade in the early morning but from 10:30am and all afternoon it's in full sun. The pool and the surrounding area are cleaned daily. One thing to note is the tile surround is slippery when wet but there is a squeegee if required. The Villa is very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay and the hosts provided a little welcome pack of arrival essentials. As with all Villas in Kalkan, it is located on a hillside that climbs immediately from the beautiful town and harbour area. Walking to and from town is not something we would take on especially with kids. Fortunately we had hire cars.Kalkan itself is lovely, some great restaurants, a network of tiny streets and alleyways selling local crafts and super friendly people to welcome you.We will definitely be back

Stayed Sep 4, 2024A great property with stunning views of the town, sea and mountains. Very comfortable. Close enough to walk into town (albeit very steep) with all the bars, restaurants, shops and seafront easily accessible. Taxis were plentiful and cheap for the return journey. Enough on the doorstep for daily supplies (except for anywhere selling alcohol). Tamer (our host) was very responsive and always answered any questions or issues we had quickly and without hesitation. We had a superb holiday and would recommend villa Topcu.
