Sant Vicens, located in sa Pobla, is a charming villa that will not leave us indifferent. The house, surrounded by a green and extensive plot of 7000 m², has a large swimming pool in front of the porch and terrace with a chill out area and sun loungers.

Outside, we can also enjoy the cool air under the porch on the outdoor sofas, or enjoy eating in company in the outdoor dining area, taking advantage of the fantastic grill available on the terrace to cook the best grilled dishes.



The house has capacity for 8 people with its 4 spacious and bright double bedrooms, all with air conditioning and heating. Two of them have a double bed, one of them with access to the terrace and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has two single beds, and the fourth has access to the terrace and an extra-large double bed. The house is equipped with three bathrooms with shower and toilet.



Inside we will be able to see the living room with a comfortable television space with comfortable sofas and a dining area. We will also find a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances.

    We loved our holiday here in Sa Pobla. The pool was excellent and temperatures higher than expected so it was lovely to have great air con. The kitchen was very well stocked with all we needed - utensils and sundries. Kathy was lovely and helpful; accommodating an early arrival to the property. We wanted somewhere 3 generations could enjoy spending time together and this worked well for us all. It was too hot to go adventuring but we had a great time. Might be quiet for some but it suited us - would definitely recommend.

    Stunning finca well located between Muro and Sa Pobla. Beautiful interior and immaculate exterior spaces. Laundry, iron, hairdryers, Spacious pool, manicured garden with old olive trees. Well appointed kitchen and outdoor barbecue. 20 minutes to beaches/beach resorts. Wonderfully peaceful. A perfect getaway. We loved it.
