Welcome to this lovely town house for 6 people and with private pool in sa Pobla.
You will spend unforgettable moments at the terrace of this beautiful two-storey house. No doubt, the terrace is an amazing place to enjoy a delicious breakfast or barbecues whenever you want and the chlorine pool will be your private paradise within the property. The turquoise water is surrounded by a well cared, delicate and charming atmosphere. It sizes 5 x 2.5 metres and the water depth ranges from 1.2 to 1.8 metres. Next to the pool, there also is an exterior shower to cool down after basking in the sun on one of the 4 sun loungers, or after exercising at the gym that you will find at the end of the exterior staircase.

Inside, you will be welcomed by a large room that goes from side to side of the house and unifies the kitchen with the dining and the living room. It offers a fireplace, air-conditioning and it's perfect to spend your time all together since you can cook on the ceramic hob while you set the table, watch TV, listen to some music or rest on the sofa. The bedrooms are on the first floor, all of them with AC. The first bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a walk-in closet and room for a baby cot -a high-chair also can be provided-. The other two bedrooms feature twin beds and both have a clothes rack. There are two more shower bathrooms in the house, one on each floor. The laundry room is independent and it has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The house is located in the town of sa Pobla where you can have a walk and visit the town square full of bars, restaurants and shops. Its traditional street market with local fresh fruits and vegetables takes place on Sunday mornings. You will find a bus stop about 650 metres away and the train station about 1 km away. The nearest beach is the one of Can Picafort about 12.3 km away. Its white sand and crystal-clear water are amazing. And if you feel like playing golf, the nearest course is the one of Pollensa, less than 10 km away.

    The house was lovely and clean and the outdoor space was lovely. The pool was great, just right for our group size of 4 plus an infant. The stay would have been more peaceful had there not been building work going on next door but this cannot be helped by the hosts as it’s not their property. The house is well equipped but there were some key instructions missing, such as where to find the washing machine and how to use the air con, with a lot more emphasis placed on the instructions for how to recycle and deal with waste. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return!

    Couldn’t recommend more. We stayed here with our 3 boys (4,8 and 12) over Christmas 2022. The house was equipped with everything we needed, spotlessly clean, gorgeous living area with a sofa perfect for watching Xmas movies. Tv is a smart tv so we could log into prime/Netflix. Kitchen is perfectly equipped, we managed to cook a full British style Christmas dinner. The house is much bigger than it looks, with an office space which was great. The bathrooms are all refitted, modern, amazing pressure and hot (always a big bug bear for us when we go away) Kids even went in the pool even though it was freezing in dec. There’s both on street parking and parking behind the house. Lidl is a 2 min walk away. We had a hire car and used this daily to explore. Palma was a half an hour drive and has loads of parking spots, we visited the lighthouse, the drive to the maintain was amazing, then back to Porto Cristo is a must, white sand and crystal beaches! Hidden gem ?

    Tout était parfait vraiment magnifique les salles de bains, les chambres, les lumière,la grandeur, le jardin et le design m’a même donné envie de venir y vivre ! Communication parfaite ! Juste petit bémol, l’eau de la piscine est froide car elle n’est pas orientée au soleil.

    Die Unterkunft war super und gut ausgestattet. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Besitzer des Hauses sind wirklich sehr sympathisch und nett gewesen.

    Unglaublich schönes Haus mit absolut ruhiger Lage :) perfekt zum entspannen und wenn man in der Sonne seine Ruhe sucht. Alles ist sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Bei unserer Anreise stand ein großer Presentkorb für uns bereit, inklusive großen Früchtekorb und Getränken im Kühlschrank. Tolle Begrüßung! :) Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt und so kommt niemand fremdes rein. Außerdem gibt es viele Möglichkeiten sich zu beschäftigen wie zum Beispiel ein Tennisplatz auf dem Grundstück. Als Highlight grenzt an das Grundstück ein Eselgehege und man wird jeden Morgen freundlich von den Tieren begrüßt :) Die Lage ist super, allerdings braucht man zwingend ein Auto. Der nächste Supermarkt ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Für uns das perfekte Haus für einen entspannten Inselurlaub, gerne wieder :)

    Well equipped too, everything we needed for our stay. Communications with the Host were excellent - them contacting us before arrival, no need for us to initiate. Easy checkin and check out. Sa Pobla is a great place to stay with a train service to Palma and a direct airport bus link too. Buses to and from the coast etc very easy to use too. Town has all the shopping needed and within short walking distance of house. Loved the fact we didn’t need a hire car.
