Villa San Miniato Corniano: Iconic 5 Bedrooms Farmhouse with Pool

This villa was beautiful, from the grounds to the house itself, it felt like it was something out of a movie. It has plenty big for our family of six, and we loved how each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The outdoor artists room was an amazing bonus - we used it every night for happy hour and we ate dinner in there when we hired a private chef. Alex the caretaker was fantastic with recommendations and very responsive when we needed something. We would absolutely stay here again! I would rate it a B for cleanliness. The kitchen smelled and felt a bit greasy when we arrived and some of the area rugs were quite dirty and could use replacing.

Secluded, well equipped, incredible views, beautiful inside and out. If you are thinking of vacationing in Tuscany with familyiafriends, look no further. The host, Alessandro was also wonderful and accommodating. Close enough for short day trips to surrounding areas, but you might never want to leave the villa.

This villa exceeded our expectations! My family of ten stayed here and it was perfect. All of the amenities, from the pool to the garden were amazing! The view outside is breathtaking and the inside of the villa was spotless. It was so spacious and decorated beautifully. There were plenty of dishes and glasses to accommodate our big group. When an issuequestion did arise, the host was very responsive and showed up within minutes. They greeted us at the villa upon our arrival to give us a tour and answer any questions. There are not a lot of reviews yet, but this place is a must stay, 5 star, amazing villa. We will definitely be back and have already recommend it to friends and family.

We stayed 1 week in San Miniato and loved our time in the house. Alessandro was very welcoming and easy to reach and the house did not disappoint. Would definitely recommend it.

The villa is beautifully situated on the hills with sweeping views of the Tuscan countryside. Stylishly furnished, very spacious, and perfectly equipped – it lacks nothing. The large pool with its breathtaking views is also fantastic – pure relaxation! We enjoyed every moment and would love to come back.

The pictures do not do this place justice - it is incredibly beautiful. All the bedrooms are decent sized, clean and well equipped. And the location looking onto the surrounding hills is beautiful. Alessandro, our concierge, was incredibly helpful throughout our trip, offering to book numerous excursions and restaurants and even booking taxis for us. It felt like we were staying in our own private hotel due the treatment provided. I could not recommend this place highly enough and I hope to come back!

We spend our spring holidays in this lovely house. Everything was amazing, from the smallest detail. The rooms are each uniquely designed, with a bath in every room. The very large pool was deep and although cold in April, unfortunately! Such lovely owner, we look forward to coming back!

Stayed there as a big family and it was the perfect hub to explore the surroundings of Tuscany. Not far from Florence, Pisa and Lucca - beautiful views and peaceful at night. The house itself was in superb condition and the host was responsive and helpful.

Excellent stay in a wonderful villa, very well equipped and clean. The weather was great, the views and the area were still amazing.

We had a very warm welcome by Manuel who could not of been more helpful. The property is full of character and as with the beautiful grounds you can spend quality time with family and friendsjust have time with yourself enjoying the scenery. I would just like to say (on behalf of our party) a big thank you to all concerned for making our stay so memorable and would recommend the Villa.

We loved the property. It was very cosy and plenty of room for the 10 of us and baby Charlie. We were badly delayed flying into Pisa but were met and settled in despite being 3 hours late, arriving around 10pm! We woke to a glorious sunny day with views typical of a Tuscan landscape. Pool was amazing, shame it was not heated so didn’t get used by allas much as we would have liked. We had a wonderful stay.

Very nice and spacy house and rooms, with nice outdoor amenities overlooking lovely view and sunsets. The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 of them are large suits with private living rooms, the house also has a professional industrial kitchen. I would change the shower heads (they seems to be block by corrosion). (Although it should be noted that compare to many villas in Tuscany the amenities and furniture at the house are relatively new and in excellent condition - and we liked that a lot.)

We had a lovely stay at the Villa! Mrs. Sonia and her team are absolutely second to none. MR Manuel met me for check-in, and arranged for us car service, cooking services, and it was absolutely amazing. We had dinner at the villa almost every night. I would visit this villa again in a heartbeat - in San Miniato and convenient to Pisa and Florence. Thank you for sharing your lovely villa and helping me to have a really special 50th Birthday!
