Located in the heart of the relaxing, peaceful and deep Tuscan countryside has an optimal position for bike excursions, walks in the woods, tasting wine, oil and good typical Tuscan food aswell as visiting San Miniato and the neighboring historic centers that offer an immense heritage of Art & Culture.

The property is a completely renovated farmhouse and includes two apartments (1st FLOOR 4 beds + 2 additional places on request) and (Ground floor 4 beds + 1 additional place on request) with a large garden equipped with all comforts, barbecue, bicycles, WI-FI connection, private parking and the assistance of the owner who lives on site. We also have two Tibetan Goats Romeo & Juliet, a Rooster and 2 hens, two Cats (Milou) and Gina our Jack Russell. However, they are separated in another Garden.
