Stayed Oct 3, 2022The house was listed, but even better. Beautiful villa. The owners were very responsive. We really enjoyed the large dining table for all of to gather around for meals. Outside space is just as lovely. I would highly recommend this location. Baveno has easy access to boats, trains and nice walking areas

Stayed Jul 17, 2022The house was fantastic, beautiful and spacious. The view was amazing over the lake and the house very tastefully decorated. However, there was no AC in the house, despite my search filter being set to only search for house with AC. Furthermore, there were only three fans (for six bedrooms), making sleeping extremely difficult in one of the biggest heatwaves Europe has seen in recent times. The house was also poorly equipped (no paper towels, no napkins, no working coffee maker). Had it not been for these lacking items and lack of AC, I would have given the house five stars.
