Taking the lift up to the roof terrace, there is a beautiful swimming pool (seasonal) with a wonderful view of the gulf and the islands. The terrace is equipped with sun loungers available to all residents of Le Isole Residence. On the ground floor, there is a reserved covered parking space in the communal garage. In front of the entrance to the residence, a few steps away, there is a small beach from where you can access the lake and get closer with a small boat. The complex is a 3-minute drive from the centre of Baveno and 2 minutes from Stresa, in a perfect location with incredible views.

Nice appentment Nice roof pool with lake view A bit trafic noise from road outside, when sitting on balcony, but very nice view
