Accommodation - Family-Friendly Villa with Private Pool

This beautifully decorated rustic traditional family villa is spread across 130 square meters of residence space and 300 square meters of outdoor relaxing area for your private use only. The residence area is spacious and well-equipped, accommodating up to 6 persons.

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, along with a bathroom (with a washing machine). On the same floor, there is Bedroom 1 (with an en-suite bathroom).

Bedroom 1 (ground floor) – 1 King bed

Fully equipped kitchen (big fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, cookware, cutlery)

On the first floor, a large comfortable living room is situated with a flat-screen smart TV (with a satellite receiver) and a DVD player, from where an outdoor covered dining area (gloriette terrace) can be accessed.

Two bedrooms and one bathroom are located on the top second floor:

Bedroom 2 – Double bed (balcony with a spectacular sea view)

Bedroom 3 – Two single beds that can be separated at your convenience

Air conditioner in the living/dining room and in each bedroom

The outdoor relaxing space is a delightful, private, cozy, and spacious area for your thorough enjoyment! It consists of a large gloriette terrace accompanied by a big wood barbecue and an outdoor kitchen.

A peak enjoyment and relaxation area is a 26-square-meter private pool with a small waterfall and a massage bench

Private safe parking space is available in front of the villa.

Transfers from/to Dubrovnik Airport can be arranged for an extra fee.

A vehicle is recommended for guests with small children or those with walking difficulties, as the villa is located uphill. However, there are also plenty of low-cost Uber options available.
