Villa Papatya Kalkan/Kalamar Luxury Villa, Private Pool, 2 Minutes to the Beach.

We have just returned from the most relaxing stay at this beautiful property. It truly was a home from home, we had everything we could possibly need. The beds were really comfortable, the pool area was peaceful and relaxing. It was a 5 minute walk to the Kalamar Beach club where we spent most days. Vicki the host was brilliant, on hand to answer any questions and recommend boat trips and give advice. All in all we had the most perfect week in Villa Papatya and hope to return one day.

Super villa in the quieter area of Kalkan, Kalamar Bay. The villa is well equipped and everything within the villa is in good working order. Modern decoration and furniture. Great communication with owner. Short walk to local shops and restaurants, and Kalkan centre is only a 20 minute walk. There is a local beach club within a 5 minute walk.

Vicky and Altan the owners could not have done more to make our stay as wonderful as it was. Beautiful villa in a quiet area. Hilly but near the beach club. Highly recommend this little gem.

We spent a week at Villa Papatya and it was incredible. The pictures are accurate, the property was spotless and very comfortable. A short walk to Kalamar Beach Club, a bit far of a walk from Kalkan downtown, but just a short car ride. We especially loved having all meals outside and taking advantage of the pool. Would definitely recommend Villa Papatya and hope to stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa. The villa lacks for nothing, it has everything you need and more. It is all the little touches too; lovely welcome pack, water dispenser, candles, the list is endless. The location of the villa is great, it really is only 2 minutes away from the Kalamar Beach Club (more on the way back because of the hills!), and about a 15 minute walk from the restaurants of Kalamar, which are really excellent. Vicky and Alten are great hosts and on hand to help with anything. We did a diving course with Alten at the Kalamar Dive Centre which was excellent. We will definitely come back to Villa Papatya.

Villa papatya is beautiful! Beautiful interior, beautiful location, beautiful view! We stayed here for 10 days during sep 2015 and had a brilliant holiday. The little touches made a lovely welcome. We had bread, crisps, biscuits & wine on arrival along with a whole host of goodies in the fridge to get us going. We also had fresh bread delivered every morning which was lovely. The mobile phone was a great help and meant we could easily order more groceries/order taxis/ call Vicky & Altan. There was only one negative I have of the whole stay and that was the air conditioning. They are sensored, so therefore switch off when you are out of the room for a certain amount of time. This meant that the master bedroom on the top floor was out of bounds for us as it was just too hot and took too long to cool down after a days sun. Luckily we had the other room spare so moved down there and everything was fine. Although I have said this is a negative - it 100% would NOT stop myself or my friends returning to villa papatya in the future, we loved every minute and would have stayed longer if we could!

Villa Papatya is fabulous. Very luxurious and exceptionally clean. This is probably one of the most relaxing holidays we have been on. Vicky and Altan were so helpful from answering questions pre booking to organising things for us when we were there, nothing was too much trouble. The villa had everything we needed (and more). The welcome pack was very good and providing the basics of soap/ washing powder/ toilet rolls etc took the hassle out of settling in. Having bread delivered daily was a inexpensive treat and even groceries can be delivered. Sheer luxury! The views from the villa are stunning and waking up each morning to the view across the bay was breathtaking. I would recommend this Villa to anyone.

What can I say that hasn't been said before! The villa is superb, clean, beautifully furnished, attention to detail, very comfortable beds - I could go on! The views, especially from the master bedroom are stunning! Lovely pool that you can actually stand up in(!) and plenty of outside space and seating. A big thank you to Altan & Vicky for all their help in arranging transfers & car hire and for making our holiday so special. We will be back!

This is a 5 star villa with everything you may need having been thought of. The welcome pack was very welcome after a delayed flight and contained enough to make a snack after a long day (even eggs, bread, milk, butter, cheese etc). Vicky and Altan were great to communicate with and went out of their way to make sure everything was ok - the delivery of bread and the transfer arrangements especially. The views and location of the villa are excellent and are within walking distance of the town (about a 20 min walk) although we took taxis most of the time due to the heat! We had a fantastic holiday and would not hestitate to return or recommend to friends. Thank you.

We had the most perfect holiday here, the villa is beautiful with everything you could need, very clean and well equipt. The views are spectacular. The near by beach club has really friendly staff and is good value for money, taxis are good and only a short ride into kalkan. The house cafe just up the road is very good too. You will not find a better more relaxing place to stay! Can't wait to go back.
