Covering 70 m2 over two stylish floors, the villa comfortably accommodates four guests in two bedrooms, or up to five if needed. Its modern, minimal decor, high-quality appliances, and Italian furnishings create a cozy, inviting atmosphere.

Layout
On the ground floor, you are welcomed into a bright living room with a 40 HDTV and a comfortable seating area that opens directly to the pool. A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a dining counter is just steps away, making self-catering effortless. A bathroom with a shower and a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer complete this level.
Upstairs, the two bedrooms each feature a king-size bed, A/C, a 26 smart TV, a dressing table, and a balcony overlooking the pool and offering unobstructed views of the Cretan Sea. One bedrooms en-suite bathroom includes a hydromassage bathtub and a sitting area, while the other features a beautiful oval bathtub. An additional family bathroom with a shower cabin serves the first floor.
Outside, Villa Nayanas landscaped grounds are filled with lush greenery, palms, and tropical plants, creating a serene and vibrant oasis. The area is fully fenced for complete privacy while still offering easy access to the beach.
