Spacious villa, fully restored, with heated pool

The host was amazing, excellent communication throughout our stay. The house was perfect, very well kept, clean, just as described. Lovely pool, and BBQ area. Beds & bedding were very very comfortable. Such a lovely house, and in a lovely area close enough to town, beach and the mountain villages. Perfect for our stay. Would happily stay again.

The stay at Evinas beautiful villa in Skouloufia was just fantastic. The house was very clean, she even bought some grocerices for us so that wie had something to eat when we arrived. She frequently asked us whether there is something that she should take care of. We can highly recommend booking this house in a silent environment - a perfect place for a relaxing vacation with family and friends.

The property has recently been refurbished to a very high standard. We arrived late and the process of contacting the owner for keys was flawless with arrangements made beforehand. The owner had suplied us with an essentials bundle. Everything about the villa and communication with the owner was exceptional. The pool was large and maintained daily. The cleaner also came 3 times throughout our stay. We used the BBQ and Pizza oven diring our stay. The outdoor space was large and there were plenty of sun loungers and seating for two families. The owner sorted out some small issues during our stay promptly and without fuss. I would highly recommend this villa.

Beautiful house and a super nice hostess (Evina). Nothing was missing and we would love to come back.

We had such an amazing stay at this property. We booked super last minute (2 days before!) and stayed for a fortnight. Evina greeted us at the house and settled us in and was on hand to answer questions, make recommendations and bookings throughout our stay. The house was lovely inside, nicely decorated and very clean. The bedrooms all had Aircon which was lovely and the open plan downstairs space was really comfortable and well-equipped. The best bit was the outside space. The garden itself was very pretty, but the pool was so lovely. It was cleaned every day we were there and a great size. In the evenings swallows swooped down to drink from it! The outside kitchen and dining area was amazing and we ate outside every meal. The house was in a lovely location amongst olive groves, with amazing views of the sea and you could watch the sun go down in the evenings. The children loved the visiting cats and gecko... There was a lovely welcome pack at the start with lots of essentials and Evina dropped off all sorts of Cretan delicacies while we were there. A wonderful stay; we were supposed to be going to France but couldn't travel there due to COVID restrictions, and now we are going to struggle to get the children to go anywhere else! We would thoroughly recommend this property.

This villa is lovely. Outside the views make it really special. The photographs do not capture the sea view, sitting in the lovely garden looking out to the sea is a pleasure. We found that we used the outdoor kitchen a lot and there were other areas to sit. We went early September and the pool was still perfect. The villa is immaculate inside and out. The cleaners do a superb job and all communication with the owner was excellent and easy. I highly recommend a stay here.

Just returned from a lovely relaxing break at this fantastic Villa. It is about 30 minutes from Rethymno in the foothills of the mountains with views to the sea. Everything you could wish for is included , including barbeque coal and washing liquid . Bedrooms have individual air con and there is a well-appointed kitchen with every gadget you could need. The garden and pool area is lovely and there is even an electronic spit-roast barbeque which due to time pressures we were unable to try out All you want for an excellent holiday and Evina is always on hand to offer recommendations on where to go / eat etc. The welcome pack was lovely . we hope to return again!

Wonderful villa, with lots of space inside and out. Great hillside location with lovely views down to the sea. Good privacy all around the villa and pool/garden area. The a/c in each bedroom is perfect to keep you comfortable at night.

We have spend a great holiday in the villa. This is very quiet place if you need to relax and rest. Villa, pool, barbecues are just fantastic. Nice welcome package with fruits, wonderful cake, wine..just everything so that you feel home on the first day. House is being cleaned every 3 days and garden/pool is being done everyday. Evina was very nice and available for help and tips.
