Chloe villa , 3 bedrooms,Countryside,pool, near taverns

Perfect time in this beautiful house. Everything was perfect. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

We visited Villa Chloe for our May holiday. After a warm welcome of the owner of the house, we had a fantastic week. Lovely house with all comforts you need. Great pool and garden to sit and enjoy a good book. Stunning sunset from the roof terras and lots of privacy! Just 3 minute drive to a small supermarket and 10 minutes to a bigger shop. Nice restaurants nearby but also in Rethymon. Loved it that supplies as pepper, salt, tea but also shampoo and lotion was there. Very handy of you arrive by plain and can’t have to much luggage.thanks again for making this week perfect for us!

We had the most fantastic two weeks at Villa Chloe. The villa was immaculate, superbly equipped and truly exceeded our expectations. The pool was terrific, and a real highlight is the roof terrace with fabulous sunset views. Ben and Maria were very generous hosts, providing thoughtful touches and plenty of recommendations of things to do. The location is great - you can walk to the village in about 15 mins where there are 3 great tavernas and a well stocked shop. The service provided by Oreo Travel was also great, we wouldn’t hesitate to return!

The Villa was beautifull, well equipped , had a lot of space and we felt really at ease. The photos say it all. Ben and Maria are very friendly hosts that where there for us in case we had a question. We felt very welcome and together with the people, the island, the weather and the food we had a perfect stay! We would recommend this place :-)

Chloe Villa was even better than we expected. We had a fabulous week there. Ben and Maria are exemplary hosts and helped us with bookings and general queries with speed and smiles! The villa was immaculately clean and spacious for us - 5 adults and a baby. The pool is wonderful and the views from the upper balcony are stunning. We loved being able to walk into Prines for dinner. We would love to return.

We arrived on Thursday afternoon and were met with amazing view across the mountainside towards the sea. The pool is huge and surrounded by very comfortable sunloungers and a beautiful terrace with grass across the back. Once inside the villa, which is lovely and very clean, we found wine, water and a warm welcome note from Maria. Ben and Maria were great hosts and nothing was too much trouble. If you are looking for an upmarket and peaceful holiday this is the villa for you.

Thank you so much for a truly relaxing and peaceful stay at Villa Chloe. The view from the rooftop terrace is simply stunning and made for the perfect beginning and end to each day. Maria and Ben made for the perfect hosts, extremely helpful and friendly with nothing too much of a problem, especially with Ben making an impromptu visit at 9pm one evening to fix the wi fi router! Maria made some very helpful and successful recommendations for both day and night, the beach club being a particular favourite with our 9 and 6 year olds. The serenity of the setting is 100% food for the soul and is worth getting temporarily lost for on our first visit in the dark!! It's definitely worth making sure your phone has ample battery to follow the directions (and then dropping a location pin on your map app before leaving the villa (if you're like me and find all the roads off the beaten track look the same!!)). Hearing the cow bells and seeing the goats in the neighbouring olive fields was such a lovely sound and sight 😊 Rethymnon has a lovely feel to it and is only a 10 minute drive away. We initially found parking a struggle, but found the harbour always had spaces and is very close to the town centre. If we ever return to Crete we will definitely know where to stay without a doubt. We have many many happy memories of our time at Villa Chloe. Thank you Maria and Ben! Xx
