Villa Margot Sutri a stone's throw from golf!

Dream villa. The exterior grounds are perfection with huge terraces including outdoor furniture/umbrellas and gorgeous swimming pool and plunge pool. The views are breathtaking! The main electric gate also has a video entry system that can be answered inside the villa providing safety inside the compound. The villa is huge with high ceilings everywhere. Super comfortable large living room with TV, fireplace, two sofas, chaise longue and table and chairs. We spent many happy hours in the dining room eating all our meals as the chairs were so comfortable. The kitchen is another level! It was as equipped as any chef's kitchen with no shortage of gas burners and even a deep fat fryer! Plates, glasses, pans, utensils, appliances galore and in great condition. No microwave. The tap water tasted yummy! I slept in the bedroom and used the fully equipped bathroom on the ground floor. The shower's pressure almost blew me through the wall! LOL. We all commented on how good the water pressure was. The combo washer/dryer in the utility room worked great and we hung out our clothes to dry outside on the racks (with pegs) that were provided. My two friends took two of the three bedrooms upstairs complete with terraces, one en-suite, the other with a separate large bathroom and were very happy with their spaces. The alarm system was wonderful as was the wifi. Superb owner communication!! What a lovely time we had and will be back one day. Villa Margot is luxe! xxx

Beautiful villa in a lovely location. Much mkre than we expected! We enjoyed the pool and eating with a stunning view over the valley.Lots of sightseeing in the area, a castle, ruins, swimming in the lake.Very easy communication with the host. He could answer questions and give advice immediately.Overall a wonderful stay with our family and small kids.

Well appointed house with pool and great views; the sloping lawn and many fruit trees were enjoyed by our whole family. the appliances were all in good order, except for the freezer in the main refrigerator. We enjoyed our stay and were able to entertain a large family group who live in the area. We would definitely recommend this property to other travelers.

Alessandro was a great host along with Anna! Both very helpful and always in contact if you needed them.The house… real life was better than the pictures! The house was fully stocked and all the bedrooms had king size beds. The pool was wonderful with the warm weather and many patios to sip your coffee and wine from. A short drive to the grocery store and many little towns that offer a variety of dinner options.Great stay and wonderful villa!

Gorgeous villa. Beautiful pool and stunning views. Very high quality interior. Well stocked kitchen. Great touches like beach towels, welcome wine and biscuits, toiletries in the bathrooms etc. Very good communication, very responsive to all queries. Very smooth check in and check out. Would highly recommend. We will definitely return again!

We had the most relaxing vacation here at Villa Margot. The house is just amazing and had everything we wanted. The pool was very popular, relaxing swim in the morning and family swim time with games in the afternoon. We simply can not fault the property. The host, Alessandro along with his Mother and Housekeeper were very hospitable when needed. We visited Rome - drove and parked in Palasport Multi-storey (underground) and got the Metro into the centre. It was so easy. We visited the lake nearby and did a 360 degree drive around it to view the scenery. We also took a drive out to the coast and lunched in Civitecchia as well as visited the market there and took a little stroll. All in all our holiday has been perfect and we thank Alessandro and his family for sharing their wonderful house with us. Would highly recommend this property.

What a fantastic villa. Very spacious with superb grounds, all of which are immaculately maintained. The villa has everything you could possibly need, the beds are really comfortable, showers excellent, bbq is great too. The swimming pool is lovely and the additional cottage with pool table and ping pong and football table was excellent; we spent most evenings playing pool. The area around the cottage is lovely with many places to visit. The supermarket is 10 minute drive away. Most towns with lots of super restaurants are 10-15 min drive away. Getting to Rome is very easy and cheap on the train. Alessandro and others could not have been more helpful and responded immediately to solve any questions or queries we had. He set up a WhatsApp group for communication which was perfect. A fantastic villa with stunning views… you will not be disappointed. The best villa we have ever stayed in.
