The house is very welcoming and it is situated in a country club 50 meters from the Golf Nazionale.
It's is the perfect option for everyone who wants to be near Rome but away from the chaos of the city !
It is furnished in a very comfortable way and beautiful sunsets over Mounts Cimini paint the landscape from the balcony.
the house has 3 floors.
On the outside there are a wood-fired oven and a barbecue that allow outdoor cooking.
In the country club garden , a 3-minute by feet, there is a big panoramic swimming pool surrounded by flowery plants.
The house is connected by a footpath to the the Golf Club House.
Being surrounded by the beautiful nature of the roman countryside, the property is a 10 minute by car from many archeological and historical sites.
We suggest to visit Sutri with its Roman amphitheatre, the Mithraeum and the Etruscan necropolis.
Bracciano with the breathtaking lake and the Castle of Odescalchi.
Caprarola with the marvelous Palazzo Farnese.
Just a bit further Viterbo, the city of the Popes.
Rome is only 40 minutes away by car or you can leave the car in Cesano and get the train directed to Rome's city centre.
You need to get the car to stay here.

Surprisingly big en open house, lookthroughs, large windows and warm, regional, nostalgic details and interiour gives this house a great home feeling. Airconditioning in all rooms (also living room) makes it nice on warm days. Nice pool and beautiful views/sunsets We had a great time. Visited Sutri, Napi, Trevignano Romano, Roma and Pompeï. Valeria was very helpfull when the aircondition stopped working and got it fixed as soon as possible. Loved it

Property is large and impressive with amazing views but the bathrooms and kitchen are tired. Owners are lovely, communicative and really did try their best to help us when the air conditioning wasn't working! For future guests it is now fixed and works well but was hot without! Pool is big and nice although a drop far for us with little kids from the house. The other people around the pool aren't so fond of children. Good value and well located to get into Rome. 45 minutes to central rome.
