Villa Margherita with sea view / STARLINK connection, air conditioning...

Everything was perfect. Only mosquitos were pain and very bad wifi connection and not reception at all. But in fact this might be taken as positive fact ? Path to the sea direct from the garden was steep but short. Most of the time we were almost alone on this beautiful beach with great acces to the water. I regreted not to take my paddleboard with me. Great conditions for SUP. Kids were playing for hours in this shalow water and sand. Supermarkets, restaurants are very near - aprox 10-15min. View from the garden breathtaking

This place is wonderful. The cabin is situated with a magnificent view of the sea, with everything to make you comfortable, including an outdoor patio with a gas grill. The owner is very kind and checked in to make sure we were doing well. It is a rural area, but within driving distance of many different beaches. The beach near the property is reachable on foot. The path is a bit steep, but doable. Highly recommended. Only thing to note is that water in cabin is not potable, so you have to buy bottled water. Not difficult -- there is a discount supermarket nearby.

The House has everything you can ask (washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning). It is a little bit far away from everything (8 minutes by car) but the view is amazing and it is the perfect place to relax and to be out of the world. The owner is very nice and welcoming. Beautiful beaches reachable either by foot or by car. You need to rent a car to get there. Very good experience and worth the price.

Wonderful accommodation on the hilltop overlooking a great private beach. Great host who flexibly attended to our every need. The place has simple modern furniture and is well appointed. Brilliant unspoilt position/location. Loved it (family of 4)

We spent a fantastic week in this house. The house is built on a rock, looking on the sea, the sight is beautiful and there is a private beach. The house has everything you need and we had a warm welcome... We will definitely come back!

A beautiful bungalow to relax and unwind. We were met by the owner and taken to the property. The bungalow has beautiful views. We were given a ticket for free parking, sunbeds and umbrella at the nearby lido. We were given a bottle of local produced olive oil, pasatta and white wine and we were able to pick produce from the garden - tomatoes, aubergines, and basil. Car hire is essential here. If you want somewhere with beautiful views, peace and quiet and excellent customer service from the owners... This place is for you. Would definitely return.

I was used to expect that the place you rent looks better on the web pictures. But this time everything was the opposite. This place really exceeded my expectations from before the trip. Unique location, exclusive panoramic views to the sea, very clean and modern villa at the same time in quiet area and surrounded by natural nature of Sicily. You even have a private beach staying there! Nearby Siculiana is a place to find a supermarket, a restaurant or pizzeria, full of fresh fruits, vegetables and Italian specialty food. It is necessary to have a car staying there. Shower cabin was a bit small for a big Lithuanian guys.:) I would really reccomend this place for a family with children!

We spent one week in the villa al mare and I gotta say that it was just awesome ! The owner is really nice and always there when you need him/help. The view is exactly like on the pictures you can see. The landscape is wonderfull and the beach is really close to the house. Siculiana is like the heart of Sicily whithout boring touristic stuffs. You will see there typical city of Sicily. We rent a car and could visit Taormina, Siracusa, Catania, Agrigento, Etna, Sciacca within only one week. Autostrada is not far from the city. You can find as well typical sicilian restaurants on the beach by the house. It was the first time that we used this website and it was also the first time that Tommaso rent his house and trust us you can trust him !
