Beautiful villa

Everything was exactly as pictured. Such a quiet place and so close to the ocean, restaurants, and additional amenities.The accommodations worked perfectly for two couples. The kitchen was well stocked, and we appreciated using it for numerous meals.

Everything as advertised. Very quite and peaceful place to stay.

Host was welcoming and all amenities worked well. We loved the location and area.

It was a nice vacation spot. Clean and well equipped. Great beach access and the pool was nice.

Beautiful property

We’ve stayed at Casa Raley and Casa Roja a few times, and we will again. The location’s direct beach access is ideal, and Oscar is always quick to help with any on-site needs or problems.

Being able to lay in a hammock, visit the pool or walk to the beach as well as restaurants was ideal. The area is so peaceful. The house was perfect for our needs, and when we had a question, we immediately got a response.

What a great place to stay. Right on the beach yet it feels like you are on the jungle. Oscar was very helpful when we needed him and we will definitely stay here again.

Very nice place with easy access to the beach. Beds were very comfortable, and the pool was clean and well maintained.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Raley. It was great being able to walk to the beach and the unit is close to several restaurants and the downtown of Nosara. Playa Pelada is a great beach which is right in front of Casa Raley. It is quiet and secluded and is a short walk to Playa Guiones which was also pretty secluded when we were there.The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of dishes but could use some more eating utensils and a large baking dish. The dish soap also needed replacing. The house was clean, overall, but the hall bathroom shower needed a lot of attention. We notified Oscar and he took care of it the next day. Oscar was very accessible to answer any questions that we had. Casa Raley is a nice place to stay for your Nosara visit.

The villa was clean & comfortable, and the location was great. We arrived after dark, and the property manager helped us figure out where we could eat after a long day of traveling. We had an amazing time, and would definitely stay agin!

Clean, Easy and convenient.

The condo was amazing! Location was extremely convenient and suited all of our needs well! We enjoyed the local hot spots nearby, the beaches, and the wildlife. So much to keep us busy for our 2 week stay and left us ready to book again before we were leaving! Highly recommend!

We spent two weeks in the condo at Nosara. We loved the location which had everything we wanted. You could walk to the beach and the unit and pool were good. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed for cooking. The unit was surrounded by trees and shrubs so you did not feel you were in a big complex. The unit had a few things that should be looked at - like lights but not a major concern. I would definitely stay here again if staging near Nosara. The beach was quiet and great for long walks.

Stayed 1 week in january, great location, very short walk to beach, nice pool quite small,Very nice jungle type setting with all the trees & vegatation. the property is ground level of a 2 storey building. the suite is quite nice, but in need of some tlc. Upon arrival at any rental we always check the bed sheets thats usually an indication of how clean the unit may be. We felt that they needed to be washed & discovered the matress cover was in horrible shape, yellow stained & blood stains. Discoverd the air conditioner didn't work in the living area. Phoned the caretaker he came down immediately. Next day had new sheets & matress cover & air conditioner fixed in 2 days. A lot of things didn't work in the building, outside lights on deck didn't work, can't control the fans on high only , 1 bedroom light not working. not just ligh bulbs cartaker & i checked it out.Cooking in the kitchen not pleasant most everything is old , stained or none exsisent.nothing to cook in the oven with. 1 glass drinking glass ,3 coffee mugs. Last 2 nights of our stay we were awakened several times with some animals climbing on the outside walls, i belive living in the attic. I could go on about the deficiencies, but this gives you an idea. If they did some maintenance & updating i would give a 5 star. I did see the property manager on the last day & showed him everything, also informed the owner, no response yet. I didnt like bars on all the windows with the front door as the only exit. T

Property overall was great. Second bathroom was very small. Roof/ wall leaked in master bedroom. Loved the pool area and beach. Enjoyed local restaurants.

Spent a week here with my family. We loved the house, pool and beach. The house was very well equipped and there are good restaurants nearby, especially sunrise cafe and an eco juice bar. The roads are rough, so make sure that you have 4WD. There are plenty of activities close by. We even found a Pilates studio! It was great to be in this jungle/ beach environment! Thank you Dick!

So close to beach and easy to navigate around to surrounding area. Quiet and safe. Beautiful sunsets!

I travel weekly for work. I stay in a ton of different hotels and rental places. This by far was the most accurate detailed description as well of comfortable place I’ve stayed. Absolutely amazing experience from the host and the beds were heaven. I wanted to run home an order them for my house. Thank you so much.
