Stayed Jun 11, 2019Well equipped property. Owner was more than helpful, especially when we arrived a day late and he met us personally. Great views across to the coastline a short distance away through panoramic windows. Restaurants close, but recommend having a car to reach them. Supermarket at end of road was very handy. Evenings spent outside every day. Highly recommended.

Stayed Jun 19, 2018We loved the place! The house is very well located on the hill above the bay of Portorotondo. You can reach the nicest beaches of Costa Smeralda within 10-15 min drive. Also Olbia with the big supermarkets is close. For small grocery shopping there is a shop down the road (300m). The historic house is very nice renovated and has everything you need for a restful stay. The BBQ place and veranda are super for nice evenings. We loved the view over the bay. Luca is a super host and very responsive. We definitely want to come back!

Stayed Aug 11, 2017We (2 adults and 2 children) had a great time in Luca's villa which was too nice with us. It is rare to find such an attentive and welcoming guest. The villa was perfect: air-conditioned, spacious, bright, functional with a beautiful outdoor area. The location is also perfect with quick access to various beaches and shops. It has a very pleasant stay (bed linen, towels, oven, fridge, washing machine ...) Thanks again to Luca for his hospitality.
