An oasis of peace, privacy and relaxation in nature just a few minutes from the beaches and the most famous places on the Costa Smeralda.
Wooden ceilings with exposed beams, terracotta floors, furnishings in warm earth tones and views of the countryside make the Dependance a peaceful place where you will want to stop.
The panoramic swimming pool is surrounded by a large garden with olive and fruit trees.

The Dependance has 1 cozy double bedroom, 1 spacious bathroom, utility roomwith washing machine, a fully equipped open kitchen, a comfortable and bright living area complete with a 140x190 sofa bed and a pleasant veranda where you can dine or enjoy an aperitif admiring the suggestive landscape. There is air conditioning in all rooms, mosquito nets on each window, 30mbps wi-fi connection and private parking.
The use of the swimming pool is shared with the guests of the other house in the land.

WARNINGS
The Villa / Dependance stands in a country land where you can find rough, rocky areas, stone stairs, plants and irregular rocks. Maximum attention is required.

There are two houses and the pool area is shared with all guests on the properties.

The green requires periodic maintenance so even noisy gardening equipment will be used.

On the property live Charlie and Dobby two very good dogs, sweet and playful, they are used to living all over the property. The Dependance is not suitable for those who do not like dogs. In any case, it will be our care to limit their disturbance as much as possible.

To maintain the tranquillity of the place it is forbidden to make too much noise, to party.

It is strictly forbidden to bring strangers into the property who are not part of the booking.

Occupying a quiet hillside location with panoramic views this is lovely place to stay. The cottage is comfortable with good air-con and lovely outdoor seating areas. The small kitchen is a little tired but the rest of the property is to a high standard. A large supermarket 5 or so mins drive away met all our needs. The decent sized pool is well maintained and with plenty of loungers and was so lovely we didn't bother with trips to the beach. We did however enjoy both a boat trip around the Madalena islands and nearby San Pantaleo for its choice of restaurants. Highly recommended.

We stayed for 5 days, the pool and the views were a highlight. The location is convenient with a supermarket a few minutes away. We enjoyed the visits from Charlie and Dobbie (the dogs who are very friendly and gentle).

We absolutely loved staying at the beautiful villa. The infinity pool swimming pool and stunning panoramic mountain views were sensational! I travelled with my wife (on our honeymoon) and our 11 month old baby son). Luca provided a travel cot and high chair and was so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Our son especially loved the 2 lovely resident dogs, Charlie and Dobby, who made our stay even more special. The villa was very conformable, air-con was great and the bbq got lots of use! We can't to return in the future one day.

if you like relax and bbq after the sea this is the perfect place. Nice dependance with an amazing pool. We will come back next year! Good location for reach many beautiful beaches and supermarket close by.

We had a great stay. The house has everything you need. Quiet area with a nice garden around the house. Good startingpoint for beaches or other places to visit. Supermarket only 8 minutes walk away. Airport only 15 minutes. The dog Charlie was very nice and visited us from time to time. Luca our host was very helpful and always available. We felt very comfortable. Highly recommend.
