Stayed Jul 23, 2024Our stay was nothing short of wonderful. The property was spacious, clean, and we had all of the amenities we could have possibly needed. Our host was incredibly helpful, responsive, and maintains a great home. We had no issues at all, appreciated its location in proximity to beaches, supermarkets, and food options. The pool was wonderful and the area was quiet. I would most definitely book this property again, it was a highlight of our trip.

Stayed Sep 12, 2023We stayed for several days. You definitely need a car to visit the island and Luca was very helpful with suggestions of what to do.Hiking,dining etc. The only negative was the air conditioning in the main living area didn’t cool properly. The view was beautiful and the pool was great! A great relaxing vacation.

Stayed Jul 30, 2023The house was clean and well equipped with necessary beach amenities like umbrellas, chairs and toys. The pool was well kept and the dogs were a lot of fun. Host was happy to make reservations on our behalf at various restaurants. We stayed for 8 nights and used the house as a base to explore the beaches and to make day trips. Lots to keep us busy during those days and close to interesting villages! Would be great if host stocked the property with other amenities like fish and laundry detergent. Overall, we would recommend!

Stayed Jun 17, 2022We had a great time at La Casa di Alice and the Costa Smeralda. The property is situated in a wonderful location and has everything one needs to have a great stay (a beautiful, large pool, air conditioning in all rooms, bbq etc. and two dogs that will visit you from time to time!). Highly recommended!
