Stayed Dec 31, 1969The home was in a spectacular location! It was clean and comfortable for all of us. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space as well as the views. The porch was our favorite spot to have coffee or wine and had plenty of space for everyone. Would highly recommend.

Stayed Jul 8, 2023The Villa was much larger than expected. There was a huge entertainment hall I had not taken notice of in the description. Great for indoor play in the event of bad weather. The main living/kitchen area is on the first floor requiring a lot of walking up and down stairs. That said there were 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor with a small kitchen. Air conditioning was amazing, in every room (not bathrooms), and mosquito netting on every window. That said, you still needed mosquito repellent outside at night. The kitchen was adequately equipped, not enough plugs for too many appliances. There were not enough sun lounges for the number of adults. Only 2, the rest were reclining chairs. The villa would benefit from investing in larger parasols around the pool. There are only 2 small circular parasols, neither providing shade over the pool, which was very needed in 38°. The gardens were lovely, green, with views in all directions. The approach to the villa is super dusty, dry track kicking up a lot of dust in the dry weather (perhaps a health problem for some guests). Tavarnelle Val di Pesa super town with every thing you need with Coop, restaurants and night life on Tuesdays. Throughly recommend restaurant Borgo Antico in Tavarnelle. Katia, the owner, has a lovely ambiance and food you want to to return to eat again. We dined there 3 times!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Lovely villa in beautiful location. Lovely outside area with gazebo for outdoor dining and swimming pool. Could have done with a few more sunbeds and loungers. Helpful staff.

Stayed Jun 20, 2022The location was incredible! Amazing views and perfect for a group to gather. The pool was great and the outdoor dinner tables were perfect for beautiful evening dinners. In the summer, it can get quite hot with lots of bugs. We stayed in Villa Mandragola, which is not at the same address as Villa S. Andrea or Fabbrica. I would likely recommend having a vehicle for transportation, as you are isolated in the Villa. Would love to go back again!

Stayed Apr 15, 2022Wonderful Tuscan villa, perfect for a large group! The views are spectacular and the grounds were spacious. The villa itself was well equipped with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Our host, Iliana, we very helpful and quick to respond. Overall, a great experience.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This house is gorgeous, the location is wonderful and there is plenty of room. The views are postcard perfect. We did not realise the villa was part of a larger winery estate which was a huge bonus. The winery is set up on the hill with the house about 1km below (you can walk up to it). There is also a restaurant on the estate set up on the hill which was beautiful - the best meal we had in Italy. I wish I could have stayed longer.
