This private, quaint guest house is tucked inside the large Tuscan gardens of the 17th century farmhouse property. Enjoy walking through olive and lemon trees, roses, and herbs. Sits on top of a local Chianti vineyard with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, private kitchen, and outdoor patio to enjoy meals al fresco!

My artwork and paintings are available for sale at the property. You can see some of the pictures on our listing.

The guest house is perfect for 4 people, including a family with kids. The bedrooms both have air conditioning and heating, welcoming guests year-round. Guests will find an oven, stove, toaster, coffee maker, and all the essential items in the kitchen to prepare meals. Only a 3-minute drive from the local town of San Casciano to stock up on local Italian cuisine and wine to cook to your liking!

A separate entrance to this guest house maintains its privacy from the main house, where your hostess lives and is available for any questions during your stay.

San Casciano has a local town, only 3 km from the property. It's filled with shops, restaurants, and wineries that are all walkable to explore. Though a car is advised for getting around Tuscany, it is possible to enjoy this local scenery by foot and stroll into town for some afternoon gelato.

The location is very ideal for discovering all that Tuscany has to offer. The places we highly recommend spending a day in are Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, and Volterra. Each is filled with museums, restaurants, ancient ruins, and famous historical art and sites to see.

Our host Candida Bing was warm, welcoming and so helpful. She toured us around our accommodations and went on to show us around her entire property. Spectacular location and gardens. A home that was like a movie to us.

We had a great time here. The host was very welcoming. Only minor downside was the garden need some maintenance but that was trivial.

We spent a perfect week thanks in large part to our VRBO host, Candida Bing. We had our own 2-bedroom guest cottage right next to her Tuscan farmhouse – and her great Tuscan breakfasts were so delicious. She even prepared an authentic multi-course, Tuscan dinner with wines for my wife and I. It was so romantic and idyllic as we sat on her terrace in the early evening looking down into the valley below filled with endless rows of grape vines. It was like out of a painting and one of the most memorable meals of our lives. Candida was so helpful in assisting us find local restaurants, medieval towns, and special wineries. The best vacation of our life. We unreservedly recommend Candida's property to anyone in search of an extraordinary experience in the Chianti region of Tuscany. Thank you Candida. You deserve Five Stars. Gordon and Heather from Montreal

Perfect stay to explore Tuscany. 20 min to Florence and in a perfect position to explore the other towns. We loved going home every night to the beautiful vineyards. Candida was a great host and her communication was excellent. We would recommend to anyone looking to be close but have a quiet evening setting.

Candida was a wonderful host. When we arrived she showed us around the property and made sure we knew how to work everything in the cottage.. helped with making reservations, groceries and places to visit. The refrigerator was stocked. Definitely would recommend and will stay there again. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful property with us.

This was an amazing rental with 2 BRs and large outdoor terrace as well as kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Candida was a wonderful host who made everything comfortable for all of us, including my 9 month old nephew. The cottage is surrounded by beautiful gardens and Tuscan farmland/vineyards. We loved returning here after visits to nearby Tuscan villages. And Candida is an incredible cook, preparing multi-course meals with fresh vegetables from her garden and serving local wines. It was an incredible experience and we highly recommend staying here! Laurie, Lesley, and Francois

My daughter, granddaughter and I spent seven glorious nights at the villa. Garden areas are beautiful - birds, view of vineyards and hills, spectacular. One morning we saw hot air balloon, another a double rainbow. Adjacent to the villa is a hiking trail and took us along the vineyard and through the area. We had a rental car so accessing the village was easy. Quaint and non-touristy village. Terrific food and wine and drinks! I had Cadida prepare a meal for us one night - excellent. Two separate bedrooms with en suite bathrooms came in handy. We loved everything about our time there. Caught bus into Florence three times.

This guest house is nestled into the mountains of Tuscany. There are beautiful birds, vineyards, olive trees, and peace. Not far from Florence, and the little village close by has charming restaurants, and kind people. I think this part of my Italy stay was my favorite. Candida is a wonderful host, and gives you your privacy. If you make a reservation she will even cook for you. If I could give her 10 stars I would . Hope to return ❤️

If you are looking for a true Tuscan experience, then a visit with Candida is just the place. For many years now I have stay at her lovely bnb and have referred many of my tour guests to her. Take a cooking class while you are there or at least have her serve a delightful dinner under the sunset sky. Enjoy a happy hour in the garden or some tea in the cozy living room surrounded beautiful art, some created by her. You will be completely satisfied, and the new suite had everything we needed for a wonder stay. We will be back in the fall with a group to share this wonderful Tuscan experience.
