VILLA KOTARE - A 6-BEDROOM VILLA SPLIT INTO 2 UNITS

Ideal property for our group. A great location, 15 min walk from dalyan centre.Very responsive and helpful maintenance/management team. Good size pool that gets sun all day.

Well equipped and plenty of storage in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool is a good size but not graduated in depth. This wasn't a problem for us however. Inevitably there are mosquitos so come prepared. The villa is in a quiet neighborhood approximately 10-15 min walk to the centre so well located.

Property was as seen on the webpage. Beautiful villa, very well furnished. Wardrobe space was excellent, very comfortable beds. Each apartment had their own entrance gate and door, and as a family we used the large dining area on the ground floor balcony to meet for lunch and meals. The kids loved the pool and swing seat in the side garden. The kitchens were very well equipped if you prefer to cook. The villa was only a 10 minute walk to the turtle roundabout, and the nearest supermarkets are less than that. The host,Huseiyn, was terrific, very helpful but not intrusive and only a phone call away if needed. He had organized a welcome pack for our arrival which was very much appreciated. The pool area was looked after well by another Hussein who was also very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay there and would love to be able to do it again in the future.

Excellent communication with owner and property manager throughout whole process. The villa was clean and beautifully furnished with plenty of kitchen utensils ( there was not one thing we looked for that was not there). A 15 minute walk into the main town with a handy shop nearby and market on the door step. The only thing that would have be welcome is a water tower / cooler. Otherwise, ideal for family and friends.

We’re just back from a 2 week stay in this lovely villa. Ideal location, just 10 minutes walk from the town. Despite the heat the villa stayed cool and there was AC throughout. The bathrooms were huge! The kitchen was really well stocked with crockery, glasses and even a orange juice squeezer which we made use of with oranges from the market. The outside space was great, I picked limes from the tree fand the cars where shaded by the grapevine. The pool was lovely with plenty of sunloungers and parasols. I even bought fish from the swimming pool when a local fishmonger popped his head over the fence. Gorgeous on the barbeque! Just a word of warning, the mosquitoes were fierce so I would take some coils for when you want to sit outside in the evening. I would totally recommend a holiday here.

Great location, amazing property

Lovely villa 10 minutes walk to the centre of town. There is a mini market (iztuzu market) across the road and a lovely cafe (cafe Merhaba) just a 2 minute walk away. The villa is clean and tidy with all home comforts. We stayed as a large family group and had both apartments our ages ranged from 79years to 9months and the villa catered for us all perfectly. The beds were comfortable too, a must have for me when holiday. Aircon in all the rooms which was a life saver as we visited during a heat wave. The pool area is cleaned and maintained daily and the addition of the small whirlpool was perfect for us with our older and younger guests. I would recommend a stay at villa kotare for a relaxing holiday in a quiet location just a short walk to the town centre.

We have stayed at Villa Ria many times and this year did not disappoint! Fantastic family holiday, absolutely beautiful villa which I’m sure we will be back. Big thank you to Linda and family for everything - you have been amazing from checking us into the villa, arranging transport and ensuring we’ve enjoyed our holiday. We stayed at Villa Ria in August 2022 and it only ticked the essential boxes, Location, pool, air con. The Air con is great downstairs but didn't cool the upstairs totally. The fans are quite noisy when both air cons are switched on as the fans are adjacent the bed on the outside wall. There's no front door which is a little weird and you enter the property at the rear. The doors could do with the security locks upgrading. It's an easy 5-10 min walk into the local town for food and drinks. so in a perfect location. We have 3 children aged 15, 14 & 11 so the property was perfect for 5. We slept downstairs. Any more and you'll be struggling. The pool Spa didn't work. Overall I would recommend this villa but don't expect it to be 5 star but then you get what you pay for. Thanks Jamie & Julie

5 minutes walk to micros supermarket which is the beginning of bars / restaurants / shopping. Lovely Villa and Pool which was enjoyed by all
