Secluded, Detached Villa with Large Private Pool and Mature Landscaped Garden

Well maintained, beautiful villa, with stunning large pool and picturesque gardens. Only 10-15 minutes easy walk into Dalyan centre. Supermarkets and restaurants very close. Owner and family were very friendly, accommodating and easy to communicate with - although didn't need to very often, as had no problems during our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Bahce, it is in a great location, local restaurants are minutes away as are a couple of good shops that stock all your essentials,the main town and larger shops are only a 10-15 minute walk, the villa has everything you need to make your stay comfortable, we loved the pool area and gardens, especially the pool which was kept very clean and had steps into it which is quite rare in Türkiye, the hosts are on hand should there be any problems, (which there weren’t) All in all we had a lovely time and if we return to Dalyan this villa will be at the top of our list. We had a great 9-day stay at this villa, the owners Aygen and Jon were great at communicating from day 1 and throughout our stay, whenever we had a question or a minor technical snag with an appliance, it was sorted out within the day which is appreciated when you're on holidays. The welcome from their relatives in Dalyan was heart-warming and made us feel immediately at home. The villa is practically laid out. We loved the choice between the two terraces depending on where the sun was and the pool is of good size, surrounded by beautiful shrubs and trees, giving you some privacy from the other villas albeit not fully but enough. It's got everything for a comfortable stay. It can get a bit hot in the lounge as there's no AC there, but the 3 overhead fans with an additional stand-alone fan and closed shutters during the day helped. Although AC there would be a plus, not having any helped to keep us adapted to the heat! The top bedroom in the attic also gets hot, there are two fans to help, but in the end, our two sons decided to share the double bedroom with AC. There's often a nice breeze so opening all the windows in the evening helped and thanks to the mosquito screens there was no mosquito inside. Another great feature of this villa is its superb location relative to Dalyan's centre, a few minutes walk to it, or to the Saturday market, and only a few minutes walk to the river and the great restaurants there. There are two shops nearby which is very practical. A real gem!

Love staying at Villa Bahce. A lovely spot amidst beautiful gardens on the outskirts of central Dalyan area- a 10 min stroll. The house is spotless, comfortable and well equipped and a real home from home. We loved it as much as staying here last year. The local supermarket is just a very short stroll up the road and is extremely well stocked. We absolutely love the secluded pool area and the quietness in the stunning, well kept garden. Neighbours are friendly and helpful. Recommend Villa Bahce 100%. Any issues are quickly dealt with efficiently.

Excellent location for short stroll to town lots of nice bars and restaurants along the way and nearby. House has everything you need for a relaxing holiday and the pool area is great. Lovely hosts and friendly welcome with good communication throughout. Highly recommend

There is a lot to like about Villa Bahce. It is ideally located in a residential area close to restaurants and small shops and only a short, easy walk to the main town. It is a 3 bedroomed house which was immaculately presented and extremely well-equipped as a holiday home but more like a home from home. The owners have really made a superb effort to think of everything and anything you might need to enjoy a restful and comfortable stay. The pool was excellent, the garden delightful and we enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing two weeks. Communication with the owners was first class and they helpfully arranged a private taxi transfer from Dalaman using a local company - HeyDalaman - who were extremely professional and very good value for money (£30 transfer fee one way). We also used HeyDalaman to book a couple of excursions and hired a car for a few days. Once again, they could not have been more helpful. We also loved Dalaman as a location. It is colourful, friendly and extremely welcoming with something for everyone. We found lovely authentic Turkish restaurants at very reasonable prices but all tastes are catered for with fast-food, pizza and burger bars plus Chinese and Mexican options if thats what you wanted! There is plenty to do and see in the town and locally with many varied excursions available. We have travelled extensively and have used VRBO many times and I can honestly say that Villa Bahce is among the very best of rental properties which we recommend unreservedly.

We had an amazing holiday staying here, plenty or room and the pool is just fantastic. Just a short walk into town with everything you need. I'd definitely recommend staying here. (one thing to note, probably not suitable for young children as the pool has no shallow end)

This is such a lovely villa and we had a totally awesome time here. Just wish it was a longer stay. The house is very comfortable and extremely well equipped. The gardens are fabulous and the pool behind the property just wonderful. We cannot fault the stay at all. Aygen’s family in the area stayed in touch and were so lovely and helpful. I really do hope that I can book another stay as the villa is a short walk to Dalyan central and a great place to be based. Thoroughly lovely stay and recommend the villa 100%.

Dear Aygen & Jon, We had a wonderful and relaxing time staying at your Dalyan home - it felt very much like home from home - thank you. We had intended to stay at your home in 2020, but Covid struck and we had to wait until we felt able to travel - and we were so glad that we chose your property again. We tend to visit Dalyan every 4-5 years and we can think of no better holiday home than Villa Bahce.
