Villa Duman 1 - Two Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 4

A beautiful villa ideally situated 15 minutes walk from the centre. The villa did lack many basics required for a holiday, but it didn't spoil the holiday.

Property next door to the owners property which was an absolute disgrace, full of rotting fruit on the ground and not looked after, which meant that was what we were looking at as there was nothing separating the property. Weeds everywhere and overgrown trees! The sunbeds were repaired with blocks of wood and screws! The sunbed cover were disgusting and stained. There was an old wooden table outside which had 4 chairs with cushions that were stained and faded. Inside the property, the so called fully fitted kitchen was nothing of the sort. There was a hob with only 1 burner working and no oven so if you wanted to cook anything you had nothing to cook in! the toaster was intermittent if it worked or not. There was no microwave. However, we did have a decent fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The main bedroom had 2 single beds pushed together. The bedding had holes in both the bottom sheet and the top sheets. Both bathrooms were sufficient, although the smell of damp was significant as the shower needed to be replaced.The only saving grace was the pool which although a plunge pool it was lovely and clean.I would not recommend this property to anyone. We've been in Dalyan 10 times before and this is the worst place we have stayed in.

Very nice Villa, exactly as shown in the pictures. About a 15 minute walk to the centre which isn't too bad, but will take longer with a baby. Cleanliness of the property was good. However, they only provide one loo roll in each bathroom (2) and you have to buy your own after that. Same with washing up dish liquid. You have to purchase this yourself. Overall, we had a great stay, lovely hosts who goes out of their way to help. Sometimes with a cost attached but that's life.

Lovely villa, good location on quiet street. Very good size throughout Had everything we needed. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely like to return again.

It was quiet, secluded and you did not feel like you were overlooked. The view is breathtakingly beautiful. was very impressed with your communication throughout the holiday.

Since I am retired, my Turkish friends advised me to try a new villa area. Very helpful. Excellent authentic Turkish food in the Restaurants.
