Great stay! Beautiful home & location, outdoor space was perfect as well, had everything we needed, loved the beach chairs to enjoy by the water! Would definitely return!

Staying at Villa Toscana was a dream come true! The photos don’t even give the beauty of the Villa justice. It was my birthday and I invited 12 friends to come on a getaway. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep, plentiful bathroom space, and every single person was absolutely floored by the villa, resort, and beach. We loved having our own beautiful space along with all the amenities of the resort (swim up bar was the best!). We also parked 3 cars and a truck easily. Chad couldn’t have been kinder or more communicative. We will most certainly be back to this dreamy escape!

Everything was perfect, definitely will stay at this place again.

It was a stunning view. We felt safe and were glad to have room enough for the whole family.

Overall a good experience

We were blown away by the beautiful villa. The bedrooms and the main living area were well decorated and the beds were very comfortable. And that view!! A few suggestions would be to clarify that the 5th bedroom is actually in a separate space from the main villa with a separate door and key. Describe that the beach access is directly in front of the villa (very cool!), and perhaps provide a few more beach chairs for guests to use. We appreciated the four we found in the garage. The host was very responsive and even delivered additional bottled water to us when we ran out mid-week. We were already talking about getting the same place next year before we left. The pools and the grounds were beautiful and very clean.

Overall. The location and place I’d great. It definitely needs some better maintainsnce.

Love the large house and the perfect location. Watched the waves roll in for hours.

The location can’t be beat. Beautiful ocean views and access to the beach. We had 8 adults and the house is very spacious and comfortable. It’s 5 bedrooms but one of them is a casita that is not attached to the house. The house itself needs a little loving care because of its age, but was clean and comfortable. Would probably stay again because of the size and location and don’t have to deal with a parking garage or elevator.

Stay was nice. Only complaint is that we paid to rent a beach house on the beach but we always had to walk way down the way for beach access. Should just be able to walk out the back of the property but security wouldn’t allow it because of the plants they are trying to grow. Besides that small inconvenience we had a lot of fun. Garage parking was super nice.

Everything went great and made for a great family Christmas on the beach in Mexico. Place was clean and everything we could ask for. Staff around the facility were extremely nice and polite. Would book another vacation here again!!!

This home never disappoints. It is the most beautiful home in all of Sandy Beach. We had 5 adult couples and lived like Kings & Queens for 4 days. We can’t wait to come back.
