VILLA DALMATIA Modern Sea-front Villa with heated pool, beautifull stuning view

This accommodation is even better than the listing and photos. It is built on four levels with several different places to eat outside, relax, sit in the shade, sit in the sun shine, cool off in the pool. The views of the sea and islands from the terrace, the Bar b q area, and the pool area are all beautiful. The accommodation is clean and well stocked with kitchen equipment and utensils. We were 5 people but it can easily accommodate up to 11. The kitchen facilities are a bit cramped so it might take some adjustments to cater for 11 but with 5 people we had just enough space to prepare food. There are 2 bedrooms on the pool level (with a bathroom) and 2 bedrooms on the next level with the kitchen, living room and other bathroom. The stairs between levels are outdoors -stone steps - with two sets. Overall the accommodation is excellent.The location - it's a short walk down steps (3 minutes) to the sea which is lovely.However there are no cafes nearby which was a bit disappointing. Trogir is a short drive away and has lots of restaurants, ice cream shops, and cafes - a very interesting and attractive place.

We had a lovely time at the villa and were very well looked after by our host. The villa is well kitted out with all necessary items and even on a rainy day you would be very comfortable! We didn't have a car for the first few days of our 3 week stay and would recommend one if you are unable to manage the few steep roads in the neighbourhood. Very convenient to the airport and to the lovely heritage towns of Trogir and Split. We also made a trip to the Krka National Park (1 hr by car) which I would highly recommend. Much to do for lovers of the sea and plenty of good restaurants in Okrug and Trogir and some local bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Our family (5 adults and 3 children, ages 10-13) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was space for everyone, including many communal hang-out places like the pool. The property was very clean and it is located on the quieter side of Okrug Gornji. The views are amazing as was the communication with the property owners. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

The views from the property are wonderful, as a group of adults & teenagers, there are lots of different areas in the villa to hang out in, plenty of room around the pool for everyone to have the sun or shade. The large outdoor kitchen was a real hit, we got fresh fish from the supermarket most evening and cooked up a storm. There is a really useful large drinks fridge in the cooking area by the pool, perfect for drinks watching the sunset. Location was great for getting to the sea and the breathtaking coastal walk, there are some steep steps but you get used to it. The small supermarket is around 20mns away but its a very hilly walk, we found taxis really expensive so hired a car at the airport for our stay which was much more cost effective. We had a wonderful holiday & Ivana & Marvin were super helpful with anything we needed :)

Just had a great week at Villa Dalmatija. Quiet location and beautiful setting. Main beach on Okrug 25 minute walk away but smaller coves with cafes etc much closer. If you don't have a car, be aware that supermarket (small and limited choice, bigger ones are the other side of Trogir) is a brisk 15 mins on foot and is up and down some steep hills! Owner was good with comms, very accommodating in terms of our early arrival and helped to book friendly and reliable taxi transfers. Island is a relaxed place with a good mix of tourists from all over Europe. Trips to Trogir and Split recommended. Overall, a lovely holiday and I recommend Villa Dalmatija as a comfortable place to stay with a well maintained private pool, loads of outside seating space and fab views.

This is a beautiful place to holiday and relax. It was very well equipped and had beautiful outdoor areas for relaxing and entertaining. The apartments have very good air conditioning which made it more comfortable particularly at night. It is situated in a very hilly area so walking anywhere is not very comfortable. We used a local taxi service which was very reasonable although there is very secure parking if you have a car. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!?

We were 7 adults and 1 little boy that spent one unforgetable week in Okrug Gornji. From the first contact with Marin we felt that he cared for us and helped us with all we needed. The villa has an amazing view and the areas around the house makes the stay so perfect. The roomes are clean and you have everything you need. We felt that we wanted to stay forever and I hope that we can come back. I will recomend visitors to hire an own car. The villa has good and safe parking. With a car its easier to go to the store and visit the suroundings. The nearby beach is amazing. Thank you Marin

We were two families with five children aged from 4 to 8 and we had a great week on Ciovo. The Villa is very nice, perfect with two separate apartments if you are two families. The pool was great and the barbecue really nice. It's a short walk to fantastic clear water and 1 km walk to a grocery store. The owner, Marin, was very nice and available whenever needed. We would love to go to Croatia and this property again and will recommend it to friends. Gustav Larsson
