Beautiful Villa 170 m² in cosy creole style oposite a white sandy beach in a beautiful garden of Palmtrees for up to 6 people with housemaid/cook. This house is located in a very quiet aera, far away from tourism in the south of the Island but just around the corner from the golf and watersportfacilities from the morne brabant. The house is 20 m next to the Villa Cocoteraie, separated by a hedge and very private in a beautiful garden of palmtrees, with the sea at the left and great viewon the well known Mountain Le Morne. Bathing in front of the house is ideal for small children, with its white and fine sandy beach and shallow water. The beautiful south coast is wild and natural. 1 housemaid comes 6x/week in the morning for cleaning. This service is included in the price.
