Villa Casale Le Selve Large Private Pool, WiFi

We enjoyed a week in this Tuscan paradise. A truly lovely house, beautiful garden and pool. The host was a true gentleman and was always there for us. The pizza tasting was amazing and a real surprise for us.

The house was beyond our wildest expectations situated on a hillside with magnificent view over the valley down to Castiglione medevial village. The house was well equipped, clean and with an outside patio with a dining table where we spent all our evenings. The pool with chairs for everybody was about thirty steps above the house with sun all day long. Perfect temperatured after a day in Pisa. Superb!!!And finally our host! We have never been so well treated with hospitality and generosity before. Leonardo and Barbara spoilt us with friendliness and natural excellence. Me and my family spent a week at this beautiful home in the North Tuscan mountains. The house is gorgeous and the setting is a real dream. You wake up each day to new cloud formations rising out of the valley, and the most spectacular view. The house itself is well equipped and its really nice to stay in a typical Tuscan house. The pool is lovely and very well maintained, cleaned every day and a nice place to relax. Leonardo and his family went above and beyond to make sure we had a nice stay. We started our trip with an amazing fruit bowl and some prosecco and a freshly baked cake, and he made sure we knew where to visit in the area, with some great recommendations. You can walk from the house into the town, it takes around 15 mins down a forest track which is really nice. I imagine its very lovely in the summer, with long evenings and cooling off in the pool, and also in the winter with chestnut season in the area and the cosy fire in the house. Thank you for everything and we cant wait to come back a˜ºi¸

It is a great house with beautiful views everywhere, the pool is fantastic. But what surprised us most positively was the warm welcome of Leonardo; as a result, we but also our children immediately felt at ease and at home. The host is willing to arrange everything for you and the contact is easy via whats app. With that a lot of privacy and tranquility and yet service really fantastic.

We (family with two kids of 16 and 12) have extraordinarily enjoyed the stay at Casale Le Selve during the past 14 days. It is a peaceful paradise, where we could really take a time off from stressful jobs. The house disposed of everything we needed, while we passed most of the day outside at the pool area. The views are stunning and the colors of the nature are exactly what you would imagine when thinking of Tuscany. We would love to come back!

My friends and I had an excellent time at Le Selve. Nestled high in the hills of Garfagnana, this newly renovated rustic property comes equipped with pretty much every modern amenity, which is not always a given in Tuscan holiday homes. The pool area offers spellbinding views of the surrounding landscape – the photos cannot really do it justice – and comfortably accommodates larger groups. Despite its conspicuous seclusion, Le Selve is surprisingly close to all essential facilities, with the nearest, picturesque town of Castiglione being easily reachable even on foot. Last but not least, the host, Leonardo, is simply unimpeachable. Kind, attentive, and always ready to help, he was the all-important final ingredient in what was a truly memorable holiday.

What a wonderful villa in Garfagnana, the hidden pearl of the Tuscany region! We were welcomed by Leonardo, the ever-friendly and helpful owner. One evening he even surprised us with a homemade pizza meal straight from his wood oven.* *The house is in perfect condition and was super clean.
