Absolutely loved our stay at Villa Ammoyiali. The location is perfect—right on the beach, really private but still close to supermarkets and restaurants. The villa was spotless, well-equipped, and lovely modern property. Giannis made us feel really welcome and helped with any questions. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

We really enjoyed our girls trip to this villa. The location meant that we swam in the sea early every morning which was lovely. The pool is gorgeous. The owner was very pleasant and available when we needed him. A Very well equipped Villa the only negative was the bath towels which were extremely scratchy and dry but very good for exfoliation. If you like a soft absorbent towel bring your own. We bought beach towels from the supermarket which was a help. Would definitely recommend this Villa

Very clean and well cared for property. Well equipped kitchen, everything we could need for self catering. There was only 2 of us but the property is very spacious so can obviously accommodate it's maximum number of 8. Brilliant large clean pool, maintained every few days in an non intrusive manner by the owner. Perfect location, sea view with 2 minute walk to the waters edge. Short drive into town for restaurants and a large supermarket & shops or a 20 minute walk, which we did on several occasions, although not suitable in the dark. Giannis the owner was readily available if we needed him, although we had no problems at all. Super friendly and he brought us round a delicious apple pie and a bottle of wine on our first day, in addition to there being a significant welcome pack on our arrival. Also the help and communication from the property manager/company in Cyprus was excellent. Most helpful. We would readily come back again and recommend this property to anyone wanting a peaceful holiday but with amenities close by. We had a fabulous and relaxing stay at this beautiful villa. Location is a short drive to the centre of Polis and is in close proximity to the beach. The amenities were great and the villa was very clean. Everything you would need for a lovely holiday. Giannis greeted us and was always contactable if required. We would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

This villa is beautiful in every way! The pool is a lovely size and warm despite no heating. The location is great with a 2 minute walk to the beach. A very peaceful and relaxing stay and just a short drive to local restaurants. Overall its one of the best villas we have stayed in and would visit again with no hesitation.

We are seasoned independent travellers and having booked many villas in various countries previously we do have high expectations. Our stay at Giannis villa was incredible….the space for our 3 generations was generous, the facilities perfect and the pools accessible steps and max 1.4m depth was perfect for young and old alike. The best bit? The short stroll to the deserted, natural beach at daybreak to see the hatchling turtles making their way to the sea. Incredible and such a privilege. We decided not to hire a car and used the local taxi company for all our needs. Reasonable rate to and from Polis for our evening meals. Our host Giannis was amazing and the most helpful host we’ve ever encountered. Highly recommend this incredible villa for luxury, privacy and inspiring sunrise/sunset experiences.

We had a lovely stay here. The Villa is super. Well appointed with sea views and no immediate neighbours. The Villa is very spacious and of a high quality finish. Yiannis, the owner was very welcoming and came to the property to meet us and even offered to drive us around to show us where everything was in the area. If you want a quiet relaxing break this Villa certainly ticks that box. We would come here again
