Beautiful mature villa with large gardens, private pool and incredible sea view.

Perfect for relaxing, no need to go out if you didn’t want to. Kitchen had everything needed for those home cooked meals.

We had an amazing holiday at Lizard Rock! Beautiful villa and gardens, with large private pool and patio areas. Everything was provided that was needed for our holiday and all in a spotless condition. The host was easy to contact, a pleasure to deal with, and provided all the information we needed ahead of our trip. The sunsets from the patio/pool area every evening were stunning too. This was our first visit to Cyprus and Lizard Rock was a perfect home from home for us. We hope to return one day!!

Lovely spacious villa set in stunning gardens. The owners are really helpful as is Diana who manages the property. The pool is large and very well maintained. Bedrooms are comfortable with air conditioning. The kitchen/lounge could do with an air con unit but you do get a lovely sea breeze in the day which is most welcome. It’s a nice peaceful area and you will need a car. Taxi into Kato Paphos is 15 euros & similar the other way to Coral Bay. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely visit again.

Everything in the villa you could ask for From kitchen equipment to cleaning products etc 10 minute walk to bus stop to pathos or coral bay Very helpful agent and Mario the gardener gave great info too The garden had numerous seating areas table tennis and fruit from pomegranates to limes If you want peace it’s great Small village not far with few tavernas although food not great Lots of eateries once you pass the bus stop n keep going right The fat fig did great food Would return nothing to complain about apart from the odd barking dogs at night

Delightful villa in gorgeous surroundings. Gardens and pool are beautifully maintained and the villa is very well laid out and a perfect place to spend a relaxing holiday. The coastal path walk into Pathos is beautiful with stunning views.

Lizard Rock stands out as just a beautiful place to stay in Cyprus, with a stunning garden, and terraces to sit and relax and enjoy the view of the sea. Communication from Viv is very good and she and Diana, the agent, are so friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful week.

Superb villa. Wonderful views and very nice garden, perfect for us. Swimming pool lovely and big, easy access to the village of Chlorakas up the hill some nice places to eat. A car is recommended if you want to travel about. Will be back again and very soon. Thanks to the host and Diane for giving us tips for the area.

Lizard Rock Villa is in a quiet residential area, 10 mins walk to bus stops into Paphos and up the coast to Coral Bay. There's a short but steep hill just before the villa which continues up to a little village with coffee shops and welcoming tavernas. The supermarket is 1km further, flat and easy to walk with shopping in back packs if you go when it's cooler. The villa is very spacious and homely, with quiet but efficient air con in the bedrooms, and comfy beds. We prepared several meals in the well equipped kitchen and then enjoyed them with a drink during sunset on the terrace. The pool and surrounding gardens are beautiful, making the villa feel extra private and relaxing. Thank you for the welcome pack and to Diana for calling in, and promptly answering my texts. Everything was spot on for us. Top marks, thank you!

Lizard Rock is an amazing villa with beautiful grounds and a super pool. Lovely coastal walks in the surrounding area and an easy walk into the small local village. A throughly relaxing place to stay. This was our 3rd stay and we’ll be back next year! The host employs some fabulous people to maintain the property and to ensure her guests have everything they need. Highly recommended. Gill Allison
