Villa 95 is a modern and a beautiful holiday property located at South Shores Resort, Normanville on the Fleurieu Peninsula. With an outlook overlooking the lagoon, it makes for an ideal getaway for families and friends. The resort is located in a gated secured community with direct beach access (via private boardwalk) and is surrounded by picturesque country scenery.
Recently, the new owners have remodelled this Executive style villa, including refreshing styling and furnishing changes that provide you with a home away from home experience that is sure to top your expectations.
Enjoy the open-plan living space, with well-equipped kitchen (PURA TAP filtered water, sandwich press, rice cooker, electric wok) and spacious living and dining areas on the upper level that open up to the balcony. Villa 95 is equipped with reverse cycle air conditioning for year-round comfort.
The living area features a 65 Samsung Smart TV and Klipsch Sound Bar Subwoofer, ideal both for music (Bluetooth capability) and movies from the DVD collection (including a kids section) provided in the Games Room. The TV is set up with all the latest streaming apps (own account required).
Guests can enjoy entertaining on the deck, with bi-fold doors allowing seamless connection between the dining area and balcony entertainment areas so they can enjoy the lagoon view and water fountains.
The stunning Yellowfin Villa sleeps up to 10 guests in 3 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a wall mounted TV, built in robes, and an ensuite bathroom. The upper level also has a separate toilet, which is convenient for guests. We also have a separate laundry area, equipped with a washer and dryer.
Bedroom 2 (Queen incl wall mounted TV) and Bedroom 3 (Double Bunk room sleeps 6) are located on the lower level and have ready access to a generous size 2nd bathroom. The lower-level private deck area situated outside bedroom 3 provides an alfresco setting.
Enjoy your morning or afternoon coffees on the upper or lower decks and access to the Delonghi Nespresso coffee machine (pods not provided).
The owners have recently renovated the converted garage to create a new games room that provides fun for the whole family, including a 55 Smart TV with DVD and Apple TV, Table Tennis and Foosball tables, Xbox One, DVD and Books libraries, Board Games, and a drinks fridge.
The South Shores Resort is situated in landscaped gardens and offers many amenities including two Solar Heated Swimming Pools, bike track, basketball stand, children’s playground area and reserve/barbecue areas. A boardwalk offers direct access to the pristine Normanville beach.
The Fleurieu Peninsula offers a variety of places to explore outside the resort, including sports activities, great food, wineries, breweries, arts and crafts, as well as festivals, shows, and markets.
