This 'as new' home was built specifically for this block. Upstairs is an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area that opens out to a fully covered north facing balcony providing shade in summer, whilst in winter it captures the sun. It also has a split system to heat or cool when needed. The lounge features a large corner chase where you can sit back and watch TV or read a book from the bookshelf. A dining table for eight sits next to the breakfast bar that seats four plus you can eat on the fully covered balcony with an eight-piece outdoor setting.

Be a Masterchef during your stay and enjoy full use of a 900mm electric oven and gas cooktop, stone benches along with a large fridge, dishwasher, microwave and many kitchen gadgets and appliances. The master bedroom is also located upstairs and features a private balcony, ensuite and walk-in robe. A guest powder room is also located on this level.

Downstairs has a second living room with TV, board games cupboard and a split system. On this level, there are four bedrooms, two bedrooms with queen beds, one with a single over a double and one with 2 sets of bunks, each of the bedrooms have a built-in robe.
A separate toilet, washbasin and bath/shower along with the laundry area located on this level.

Plenty of off-street parking, with a double garage and room for four more cars in the driveway. This is a non-smoking property. As pet owners ourselves we allow pets but within the following rules. Dogs are welcome, but need to stay in the double garage and or secure dog run, whilst there is a small room downstairs along with a portable house that can be used for a cat if required.

This is a fully self-contained holiday rental property. Quilts, sheets, pillows and towels are provided, with beds made up ready for your stay.

Located less than a 5 minute walk to the Normanville Jetty, it is ideal for beach lovers. Likewise, the various dine in, take away shops and supermarkets are only a couple of minutes drive by car or a gentle walk of less than 10 minutes.

    The house was very good rooms were clean and well Maintained home. There was 2 negatives but easy rectification can be made Not enough rubbish disposal bins for general rubbish We put the bin out as per instructions the bottles bins as collected but not blue bin so I had to utilise the greens bin to accomodate rubbish bags As you can imagine the leaving of a property always includes extra rubbish !!The others was the bbq the grills were cleaned ok I cleaned also before use But the under grill was very greasy and the BBQ Kept flaming up and putting soot on our steaks From the yellow flame Other than that Thanks and Hope you have a great dayRegards Elio

    Beautiful beach house in a great location. The house had everything you need. The beach and surf club are a 5 minute walk as are 4 tennis courts. The town is about 10 min walk . There is a lovely coffee shop 2 minutes walk away. We had all our family and partners from interstate which was very special. Would highly recommend
