A welcoming, single-store holiday home set on approximately 5 acres right on the edge of Normanville, The relaxing and inviting decor, will allow you to unwind with all the creature comforts you could need, designed to bring the outside in.

The property falls on the boundary between Yankalilla & Normanville providing a choice of bakeries, cafes, hotels and grocery and medical facilities. Normanville has a striking stretch of coastline where the rounded hills of the Fleurieu Peninsula plunge down to the sea. The township of Normanville is nestled between the hills and the pristine dunes. The beach is strikingly clean, with clear water and fine white sand making it a very popular beach for families.

Main house 3 bedrooms: 2 x queen & 1 x tri-bunk – sleeps 7 guests.
Weekender: 1 x double & 2 x bunks – sleeps 6 guests.
Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms are located in each area including a bath in the main house.
Facilities: Two dwellings, open plan kitchen, dining and living, induction cooking, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, Nespresso Coffee machine, multiple flat-screen TVs, free Wifi, 6 burner bbq, laundry facilities including washing machine and dryer.
Heating/Cooling: Reverse cycle split system to both living areas, evaporative cooling to main house bedrooms, combustion wood heater & ceiling fans.
Pets: No pets.
Fenced: Rural surroundings & enclosed with rural fencing.
Special Features: Views are incredible. Large residence with ample space, alfresco dining, and multiple living areas offering free Wifi.
Cleaning: Cleaner will be hired on your behalf, and will be incorporated into the rental fee
