Villa 5 ch, 6 s. b., air conditioning, heated swimming pool, garden, fitness, bird watching.

This is the third time we have stayed at the villa, this time with extended family. It is well equipped for families/large parties with ample seating areas, bathrooms etc. the location is good, being in a private gated development just outside the town which made it quiet and peaceful to sit outside but convenient for town. The pool was cleaned twice while we were there and the heating made it a good temperature to swim all week despite some days being cooler than others. When we had an issue with the gate not closing the host was very responsive and sent someone to fix it within a matter of a couple of hours.

The villa was very well equipped, spacious and had very good bathroom facilities, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Kitchen facilities were good, and the pool was a good size.We were a party of 10 but there were only 6 sun beds, 2 very poor parasols and we only had 8 pool towels. We requested more and got 2 more sun beds and towels which did arrive promptly. In the middle of our 2 week stay the bedding was changed and all towels taken away so we were left with no villa or pool towels for a couple of hours. When more were brought we only had 8 pool towels and despite 2 email requests no more were provided. And no cleaning was done for the whole fortnight we were there.When we arrived the BBQ was filthy and we had to spend a long time cleaning it and all the utensils before it could be used.The villa description referenced a gym but the equipment didn’t work and it was far too hot in there.

Nice Stay. However pool was not heated enough. Complained but it remained the same.But, we really enjoyed and whatever we requested it was immediate satisfied.

Perfect

Despite a problem with the AC, which the owner tried very hard to rectify, we loved our family time together in Silves. We were a family group of eight from three generations and the villa is more than big enough. A folder containing basic instructions for electrical goods, wifi and keys would have been useful. Overall though fantastic, nobody wanted to leave.

Wonderful villa in a wonderful location. Quiet, peaceful and fully equipped. Will be back next year.

The villa is purpose built, very well appointed and beautifully clean. The air con is underfloor and was very much appreciated, though it was a particularly hot week and only just cool enough at times. The pool and outside seating area is gorgeous and well maintained and we enjoyed using the table tennis table. The umbrellas round the pool were a bit challenged by the wind and we couldn’t use them very often, luckily the seating area was well covered and provided plenty of shade. We loved the restaurant at the end of the drive and would thoroughly recommend, best chicken piri piri of the week! A fabulous base for a large family group, thank you to our hosts and helpful neighbours who let us in when we arrived late. The owners were extremely responsive to requests for information and very welcoming, thank you!

Spacious and well appointed, well equipped and wanting for nothing. Pool and pool area couldn’t have been better, and plenty of space, shaded and otherwise for everyone’s needs. Owners very friendly and helpful, making sure everything was working for us.

A beautiful, modern villa with excellent facilities. The owners were very helpful and even provided some disability aids which made life there a lot easier. Not 100% wheelchair friendly to get outside or to the pool without assistance but not a huge problem

We had a fantastic (truncated by flight cancellation) week at this very well equipped and comfortable villa. It's in a peaceful location on the edge of an historic Town with good restaurants within walking distance. The pool and outside area was a big hit, particularly with the children. Indeed, we struggled to get them out of the pool most evenings. Highly recommended.
