Discounted for long term rentals - idyllic villa & garden, private pool & A/C!

We spent two weeks at Villa Nina in September and enjoyed our vacation very much. The villa's location is quiet, yet Silves, with its self-catering shops, is only a 10-minute drive away. We particularly liked the garden; it almost has the character of a botanical garden. Communication with Stephen and Debbie was friendly and prompt.

A lovely homely villa with everything that you need to enjoy your stay. Very spacious villa with a wonderful terrace area to relax and eat. Lots of different seating areas to relax.

A wonderful 10 days in the beautiful Villa Nina. Debbie and Steve were great hosts and were fantastic communicators throughout. The villa itself is ideally located to local attractions and only a short drive from the traditional town of Silves. We were lucky enough to visit during the Silves medieval festival which was a real highlight. The villa is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Our two boys loved the pool and we particularly enjoyed eating breakfast on the roof terrace looking out at the beautiful views. The welcome pack was a lovely treat and the kitchen was well stocked, with everything you would need. The added bonus of the two new air conditioning units gave much relief, as during our stay temperatures soared to 38 degrees! Portugal holds a special place in our hearts and we would love to return to Villa Nina again in the future. Thank you Debbie and Steve

February and March 2025: 2 months in a rural environment surrounded by gardens and orange trees. You cannot beat this. The weather during March was not on our side, but there are things worst than that in life. Nestled among the orange groves in the rolling hills near Silves, this was the perfect place to relax and wind up our Portugal vacation. The house is a little tricky to find the first time but worth it. We were up early for day trips around the area but back in the afternoon to relax around the pool. We cooked dinners in the well appointed kitchen and ate on the porch. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Lovely views from this secluded villa located 15 minutes from Silves; beautiful garden, pool for hot days. If you are forced to be inside the lighting is not good for reading .. only a problem in bad weather. Perfect for two couples.

I was looking for a villa that would accompany two couples and was centrally located in the Algarve. Villa Nina worked great for us. It was as listed in the description and we enjoyed all of the amenities including in the pool and multiple decks / verandas. Stephen and Mike were extremely responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Villa Niña is a lovely property not far from Silves and surrounding golf resorts. We felt very welcome and the sparkling wine for our birthday was an unexpected surprise. We very much enjoyed the outdoors with a lovely pool and the very nicely designed and well maintained garden. The evenings spent on the terrace were delightful and the use of the BBQ was much appreciated. All the interior amenities were well presented. Recommended!

Very beautiful house and swimming pool Calm et bien équipée

We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Nina. The house is great, wonderful seating by the pool, at the barbecue or on the roof. The equipment of the house is sufficient. If you want a holiday to relax, like we did, Villa Nina is the place for you.
