Vida Nova Casa Resort- A Luxury 7 bedroom Beach Villa

This villa is amazing. Adi and Magali were super responsive. The on site house keeper and grounds crew kept the place impeccable and were always tidying up after us. We hired Chef Luis Lucho who cooked us amazing food. We brought in a yoga teacher three times during the week and that was super special. Santa Teresa is busseling so there is a level of noise on the main strip, but it’s totally worth being walking distance to everything. It was so wonderfully convenient. And the house is next door to two great beach restaurants, one has a spa with ongoing yoga classes and massage that I wished we had known about sooner. I can’t reccomend this villa and team enough. We will definitely be back to stay in one of Adi’s places

My 8th trip to CR, and 4th trip to Santa Teresa. Adi and Magali treated us like family. We traveled with 4 families total, including ours. It was a special week to celebrate and remember a loved one having moved on to Heaven. Bernal is the best surf instructor I’ve ever had in Costa Rica. Who knew that he is also one of the best fishing boat captains in CR as well. Adi made the introduction. Ask for Chef Lucho if you want a genuine Costa Rica food experience, with an Argentinian fine dining flare. No complaints - just observations: the resident family of raccoons were persistent. The resident skunk also hit the compound hard one night. Guests will need to recognize that bugs and fury friends may be a part of jungle life in Costa Rica. We love animals, but when it comes to disease and/or safety concerns, we do have boundaries. All in all, a fantastic stay with all of our needs having been met. Thank you, Adi and Magali.

The property is beautiful. Adi was great to communicate with. It was quiet and tucked away from the busy street chaos.

Our experience with Adi and her beautiful home was perfect. The property lives up to the photos and some. Everything came as advertised and it’s breathtaking. You could not ask for anything better. The house is right on the beach and has an incredible pool. The rooms are perfectly clean along with a daily cleaning staff. Plenty of space to entertain inside and out. Adi also was an incredible host. She helped us plan everything from our connecting flights, cab transportation, boat trips, restaurant reservations and more. She brings all the experience of someone who knows the area and makes you time there seamless. Can’t wait to go back. Best rental experience I’ve ever had.

Not sure where to start. Best family vacation ever. Adi was fantastic, set up almost everything. Villa was better than described We fished, hiked, drove our UTV all over. Beach was breathtaking, The house staff was the best we have ever had, tending to all our needs, keeping the place spotless and making sure towels cleaned and ready each day. Chef Eitan was amazing. He is a must for breakfasts and dinners. Just incredible food. Our family ranged from 5 to 65, 13 in total, He managed to feed all , and was very flexible with our many request. I also highly recommend tour guide Carlos, we called him Tarzan, because he called the monkeys down from the trees to our boat, bring your cameras for that. Take a good amount of cash, most local activities do not take credit cards. The Villa is in perfect location to town. Santa Teresa and Vida Nova is a must. This will be the trip my family talks about years to come and Adi was the main reason for that... Pura Vida, Fred
