Gorgeous views. Super kid friendly area with a convenient restaurant at the bottom of the hill for breakfast in the mornings. Walk to the beach and another restaurant there amazing property manager with great communication.

My 4 young adult kids (ages ranging from 28 - 35) and I spent four nights at Casa Bribri between Christmas and New Years. The house manager, Andrea, found a rental car and 2 four-wheelers for us at the very last minute, sped up the check-in process for those in our party that arrived early, stocked the frig as requested, set up a surf lesson and provided good recommendations for bars and restaurants. She was very helpful and a good communicator!! The housekeepers were also amazing. They were so kind, took very good care of Casa Bribri and us, and I was very grateful for them. The ocean view from Casa Bribri is incredible, and there was certainly plenty of room for our party of 5. The kids surfed a lot and spent a lot of time in the pool. We had a big dinner party (15 people) at the house and managed to get everyone around the dining room table. I am hesitant to make any negative comments because we did enjoy our stay, however, I wished that I had understood that the house is - with the exception of the bedrooms - completely open to the outside. Even the showers and sinks in the two ensuites and in the shared bathroom are open air. This, or course, means that there is no air-conditioning except in the bedrooms, and it was really hot and humid during our stay. Two minutes from the surf is not really accurate although the beach is accessible across the main road and down a side street. The floors throughout the house need to be refinished and are slippery.

We had the best time here! Spacious common areas, immaculate bedrooms with AC, amazing pool, wonderful property manager and a terrific daily cleaning staff. Hands down, the best vacation home our family has ever stayed in.

We had a wonderful experience. The staff was helpful throughout the stay. Also having Jose as the concierge made the planning and the trip so much easier and enjoyable. Highly recommended. Pura Vida!

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Casa Bri Bri for another week and we were continuously blown away by the beauty of the property and the service we received from the team and property manager. The property is located in the best spot in Santa Teresa and is an excellent access point to everywhere in the area. When we come back to Santa Teresa we will plan on staying no where else, as we had a wonderful vacation and experience at Casa Bri Bri. This property is very safe and we always had the piece of mind that we were secure. Words can not express the gratitude we have for the opportunity to stay in such a magical place.

Fantastic house for a large group. We enjoyed a week at the property with three generations. The layout provides personal space when needed and plenty of communal space to spend time together. We'll be back!

Look no further because Casa Bri Bri is quite possibly the best place to stay in Santa Teresa. Steve, Jose and the crew are absolutely wonderful and took very good care of us. We felt very welcomed and safe at this property. Not only is the house located in an excellent location, the views are spectacular and the house is very well kept. If you are looking to surf Santa Teresa beach or even Playa Hermosa this is the place. You can very easily walk to the beach and enjoy. There are also a few very good restaurants in walking distance from the Casa. We can not wait until we can come back and we will definitely plan on staying again.

Wow!! What an incredible house and location. Totally private with views of the ocean and sunsets. Aside from the pool and tropical gardens my favorite thing was to slide into the most comfortable bed and sheets I’ve slept in. From the initial greeting to the farewell our concierge Jose Pablo was on it and so accommodating. Perfect space for our family of five and would have no problem inviting our friends to stay with us next time. Thanks Casa Bri Bri. We will be back!!

We spent a wonderful week at Casa Bri Bri in February 2019 and are already plotting a return visit. The home is beautiful, offering plenty of indoor/outdoor living space for our family of six . The house is beautifully furnished and exquisitely designed to take advantage of its fantastic ocean views. The home was stocked with everything we needed for our holiday. We knew very little about Santa Teresa Beach when we booked our trip and were pleasantly surprised by the home’s location when we arrived. Restaurants, cafes, groceries and beach bars were within easy walking distance as were a number of yoga studios. The beach was a mere three minute walk away. There was plenty to keep us busy in Santa Teresa and Casa Bri Bri’s concierge, Jose, was eager to help us organize our holiday. He picked up groceries for us prior to our arrival, happily met us late at night when our flight to Costa Rica was delayed by six hours and arranged for a chef to cook fabulous dinners for us. What a treat! Casa Bri Bri is well maintained by daily maid, pool and gardening staff. We were well taken care of. We have rented a number vacation homes over the years and this one is our favorite. We highly recommend it!

What a house! The first impression is amazing, walking along the pathway to the front door through the beautiful garden, and then the ocean view as you step into the house and look out over the balcony. So worth it! We enjoyed the infinity pool a lot, and relaxing around the pool in the evening with the lighting is beautiful. I was very impressed with all of the lighting and the design/flow/feel of the house. I especially loved the luxury outdoor/indoor feel of the bathrooms. The bed was insanely comfortable and luxurious. All round a beautiful stay in a beautiful place.

Joya Villas was a wonderful stop for my family. We travelled with our 3 young kids and they provided extra amenities for us (crib, bassinet, toys). The concierge was extremely helpful setting up delicious chef meals and surf lessons. This is a great location and we fell in love with Santa Teresa.
