Beachside Villa S in Santa Teresa

Host was very responsive and helpful. She answered questions quickly and solved all issues quickly. Amenities are very nice and the location is exceptional. Be prepared to hear noise from Banana Beach Club though.

Perfect location, great surf out front

This villa was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. It was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and they even supplied a 5 gallon bottle of drinking water. Maid service is included as well. It is 30 seconds to the beach and you can hear the waves breaking from the villa. There is a great restaurant next door that serves breakfast/lunch/dinner and has live music in the evenings. Book this place, it is totally worth it!

Very nice, quiet and close to beach

We really enjoyed our time here. Great outdoor space: deck, pool, kitchen, bar, dining area; pretty much all but the bed and bathrooms. Howler monkeys loved the big tree over the pool, and could hear waves always. Easy access to shops, markets, and restaurants. FYI, beach at house not the best surfing; we traveled to Santa Teresa or Hermosa for that. Vanessa was very responsive and easy to work with.

This place is nice enough to make for a pretty pleasant stay. Some things could be improved a bit, as seems to be typical for many rentals in CR, but overall its fine for a short stay. A lot of people could stay here and have relative privacy while being close to the others folks in the party. The location is great, walk to the beach in one minute and the store in 2 minutes. It's quiet and there were howler monkeys in the trees overhead. We would gladly stay here again.

House is beautiful, great location, attention and it has everything you can need, it is a excellent choice for vacations.

It’s all about expectations. Is this a phenomenal property with all the upgrades right on the beach? No. But from a value-perspective, this is an excellent property choice. Just down at the beach end of a street with a security gate, in between Banana Beach and Habaneros, the location is great! There are 4 villas at the end of the beach road, all adjacent to Playa Carmen—and this one is the smallest (and least expensive). But for the price, you get your own small pool, a great patio for hanging out that is connected to the kitchen. Three bedrooms, a separate nook with a bunk bed, and a living area that can also sleep 2. The reality is our group of two families (4 teenagers) did not spend much time inside the house—so any upgrades and updated furniture would have been lost on us. We wanted to be next to the beach (check), have our own private pool (check), and privacy (check). Vanessa was great and always a quick WhatsApp message away if we needed anything or had questions... and being between Banana Beach and Habanero’s was a plus (so nice to walk 50 yards down the beach to the best guacamole and lobster tacos on the Pacific while watching the sunset!). If you’re expecting upscale, premium furnishings and appliances—this place will dissappoint. But for our group who cherish time outside with music and the sun—for the price it is 5-stars. Would come back again for sure.

Vanessa treated us very well. Place was cleaned and had cleaning assistance every day. We had water problems and Air conditioning needs improvement because only one bedroom has its own. 2 other bedrooms had to share 1 so we had to keep opened doors. Suggest to have a small swimming pool of its own.
