Turkish Style Villa, Private Pool and Stunning Mountain Views.

Had a fantastic 18 day stay here. The villa has everything you would need and is a real home from home. Plentiful crockery and kitchen equipment which was great as we like to cook. Also used the bbq 3 times. We have stayed in Arikbashi before and it suits us well as we like the 15 minute stroll into town.Great pool and grounds, well maintained The owners were very easy to contact and answered any queries I had quickly. We would love to stay here again.

A gem of a villa. In Turkish style but with all the mod cons. Rooms were clean and the en-suite to the master beautiful and spacious. Wi-fi good and air-con effective. Beautiful pool. Any issues dealt with promptly. We would book again.

The villa is very clean and well maintained, with a crystal-clear pool, comfortable beds, and a well-equipped kitchen. The host communicates excellently, providing a detailed info pack and helpful booklet, and was quick to respond to questions.However, there are some drawbacks. Daily power outages of up to two hours meant no air conditioning during a heatwave, no lights (torches needed for the loo), and unreliable appliances. One toilet seat was detached, the gas hob difficult to ignite, and the oven/microwave underpowered. Some basic supplies (hand soap, washing up liquid, detergent, oil, salt) were absent (the host relies on other guests topping up essentials), leaving us stuck on arrival, particularly with washing hands after using the loo.The location is challenging: the 12 minute walk to shops is sadly unbearable in the heat, and aggressive swarms of mosquitoes make being outside dreadful at any time, even during the daylight. The villa is overlooked by two neighbouring properties with noise from children, parties, and construction, plus constant animal sounds (dogs, chickens, goats) and the mosque call to prayer at 5am. Privacy was poor, with neighbours peeking over the pool wall to watch us.Overall, the villa itself is lovely and the host is helpful, but power outages, mosquitoes, noise, lack of privacy, and high local costs made it hard for us to truly relax.Great if you don’t mind mosquitoes or if budget isn’t a concern, but less so for others. Good host.

A very traditional Turkish villa with amazing gardens and pool with great view of the mountains. This 2 bed good sized villa has a large well equipt kitchen and comfortable living space. Very clean. The owners were very friendly, attentive and on-hand if you needed them. We had a 20 min walk into town, but if you don't fancy it in the heat the taxi service was great and cheap. Only 4. Our first driver gave his card and we called him when we needed, if he was busy he arranged a pick up. Really good service and friendly.There is a supermarket only 10 minutes walk. 15 minutes to the nearest taverna but you are virtually in town by then.

A very comfortable, well equipped property with a delightful garden and excellent swimming pool. It is well situated in a semi rural location within a walkable distance of the restaurants, shops and attractions of Dalyan. Communication with Christopher, the owner, were excellent and very helpful.

What a beautiful villa, Villa Frank is. Lovely location, superb swimming pool and every facility provided. We had an amazing stay. Would definitely book again.

Villa Frank is a fantastic property. The two bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. In particular, the en suite wet room to the master is superb. The kitchen is fully equipped with good quality utensils and appliances. Overall, the inside of Villa Frank is excellent and has the feel of a much loved holiday home. Outside, the grounds are beautiful with a large veranda perfect for shade during the day or evening meals. The best feature is the large pool which is great for all heights and swimming ability. Christopher the owner is a pleasure to deal with and couldn’t be more helpful & kind. In terms of location, the nearest shop and bar are a circa 15 minute walk with Dalyan centre a bit further. It’s a flat walk and easy to do but be mindful of the heat. If not hiring a car, there are multiple taxi ranks nearby and the short 5 minute drive is very cheap & they come quickly! Overall, lovely holiday and very relaxing.

A lovely bungalow Villa that was excellent value for money. Modern kitchen that had everything you needed. En suite bathroom was also very modern and had a very spacious shower area. The outside area was fabulous with a huge covered wrap around balcony overlooking a well manicured garden and paved patio area with an excellent sized swimming pool. We spent many an evening relaxing on the balcony enjoying a drink or two.The Villa location was a 20 minute leisurely stroll into town where there are bars and restaurants in abundance. Contact with owner excellent and helpful information booklet in the Villa for guests really well done. Have already booked this Villa again for next year.

We loved our holiday in Dalyan at Villa Frank. We were there during the July heat wave with temperatures topping 45° and we were so thankful we’d booked the Villa rather than a hotel. The private pool is big enough to swim, play games or just relax in and the Villa itself is well-equipped with 2 bathrooms, large kitchen and air conditioning. The outdoor area is beautiful, mature shaded garden, with mountain views, large pool, lots of outdoor seating and an inbuilt BBQ. At night you can watch the bats swoop down over the pool. We split our time between sunbathing and relaxing by the pool and exploring the local area. The town is 15 mins walk away, lots of bars and restaurants which come alive late evening. We enjoyed browsing the local shops and weekly market and travelling further afield, taking the local Dolmus to Iztuzu beach with the turtle sanctuary and various boat and safari excursions with Kaunas Tours. It really is the perfect location and accommodation, we’ve already recommended it to friends and hope to return again soon.

We had a great stay at Villa Frank. Located near the hamlet of Arikbasi on the edge of Dalyan, the villa is surrounded by nature and is approximately a 20m flat walk from the town centre. There's a useful shop about 5 mins away which sells essentials. The property is built in a traditional Turklsh style, including a lovely shady carved wood verandah, but has been tastefully modernised with all the amenities one could hope for in a holiday rental - quiet, effective air conditioning, modern kitchen, water cooler and comfy beds. The pool and gardens in particular are beautiful and well maintained, and were very much welcomed during the hot July weather. The communication with the host has been excellent throughout the process, and all check-in/out instructions were clear. Many thanks - we hope to return!
