Town Centre Villa with Lake View

Communication with Liz was quick and she answered all our questions quickly. The house was easy to find and we could walk everywhere. The numbers for taxi provided made it easier on checkout day to pick us up and take us to the train station. I would recommend that for checking in but we managed ok. The bedrooms are large and we had plenty of room.

Exceeded expectations

Possibly the best property we have ever booked through Expedia. Everything was handled professionally and we were extended warmth and hospitality. The property is very well maintained, is located in an excellent location, and the view from the master bedroom will forever me a lovely memory. I give my highest recommendations!

The property was perfect. We were welcomed with a variety of goodies and it enabled us to immediately go out and enjoy ourselves instead of food shopping.

Excellent location in Varenna. Easy to walk around and very spacious for our group of 7 adults plus 1 infant. The home also had everything we needed for our baby. We loved the patio, spacious bathroom, and outdoor area.

The Villa is centrally located, immaculate, many amenities, spacious.

This was an excellent location for my wedding, which was right across the street, at Villa Monastero. This house was very large, centrally located, had a parking garage next door, with an ATM in the garage. The host was extremely responsive. The only downsides are that there’s no AC in shared areas, only in bedrooms, and the WiFi was very weak. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

Loved the location and the villa perfect for us

We had 6 adults and this place was perfect for our needs. Within walking distance of the things we wanted to see and do. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again and don’t hesitate to recommend it to others.

We had a magnificent stay in this villa in Varenna! This villa is perfect for a family, we were 4 adults and had lots of room to spare. It is centrally located, the furniture was very comfortable, not only the beds, but the living room area, as well. Liz is a wonderful host, she even stocked the fridge, had snacks and water waiting for us. Liz was always accessible when we had questions. In terms of cleanliness, the entire villa was spotless. It was so lovely to come home to the villa after a long day of exploring Varenna and Lake Como. Should I be in Varenna again, I will definitely stay here. Thanks for everything, Liz!

Very nice place to stay. Food and amenities provided were wonderful. Good location for things to do in Varenna. Wifi was inconsistent with 4 people logged on, but a low priority when on vacation.

This 3 story unit was conveniently located right next to the parking garage and within a couple of minutes walk to a bar which had great breakfast coffee and pastry. The waterfront was only a reasonable 15 minutes away, with many restaurants and cafes. Varenna is very touristy, but in a pleasant and low key way. This apartment has a master suite on the top floor, complete with balcony overlooking the main street, an enormous bath and access to the small outside yard at the back of the house (the house sits on a very steep hill). The first floor has 2 bedrooms and a shared bath. The groud floor, with the outside entrance, has a large great room and half bath. We did not cook at all, so I can't comment on the kitchen, though it did look well equipped, other than lacking a decent coffee maker. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and well decorated and furnished. We very much enjoyed the stay!

A great house and a great host in Varenna

Our group of 8 had a great time here! Super spacious, very convenient to town, ferries, train station. Check in process and communication with the host was great.

My husband, son and daughter-in-law stayed in this delightful apartment in mid-May. We loved Varenna and the location of the apartment, so close to shops/cafes and sights. The Apartment was HUGE in every respect. Beds/bedding great. Very clean. The host was very generous to provide coffee, bottled waters, juice, a few groceries and snacks. Liz was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had and gave us great restaurant recommendations. I would not hesitate to stay here again when visiting Lake Como!

Perfect spot to relax. Town just the right size to walk to everything. Property was perfect for family to travel together!

Great location and walking distance to small market, bakery, shops and restaurants. Views were amazing and the Villas was very nice and met our needs. Manager was very accommodating. We did have to pay for Parking, but it was in a Parking structure right next door.
