The house

Rafa sent details before we travelled, also location, met us at property, very welcoming, showed us around. Beautiful villa, everything there to utensils ect to cook if needed. nice to relax by the pool. On hand if needed, great communication without being intrusive, gentleman. We used Ubers regularly a bit out the way, 30 mins from centre, shop, bar walking distance, lovely people. Look forward to staying again. Thankyou so much Rafa again

We stayed in the house for 4 days, and it was great! The house was located close to Sevilla, around 15 minutes by car. We could easily fit in with 18 people. The whirl pool was very big and warm. The owner is lovely, the contact is very good and the check-in and out went very smooth. Thanks a lot Rafa!

12 of us stayed in the fabulous villa for a week, primarily to attend a family wedding. The villa is very large and easily catered for us. The facilities are excellent, especially the stunning indoor pool/jacuzzi which is spectacular. Rafa was on hand if we needed anything and could not have been nicer. The only point I’d make is to consider having a car. We did not and although we had no issues getting Ubers, it is not cheap using taxis as the villa is about a 25 min drive from the middle of Seville. However we all loved the villa and Seville, both of which are highly recommended.

We were two families with 3 small kids. The place had more than enough room for all of us. Pools were great, kids loved them. Rafa was really helpful and always quick to respond.

The pictures of the villa does not do it justice, this villa is very spacious and clean. Rafa the owner has thought of everything to make your stay home from home. Rafa supplied us with food in the fridge and bread and cakes to start us off, very thoughtful indeed. The indoor pool in the evening was amazing, chilling with a glass of wine and listening to music, we felt like royalty during our stay. Would highly recommend this villa to everyone. I would recommend this villa to anyone, we had the best group holiday we have ever had. We were looked after from the minute we landed until we boarded our flight home two weeks later. Having an indoor and outdoor pool was amazing. Rafa was on hand from the moment I made the booking and we will definitely be going back next year. The villa has everything you could possible want in it. The kids and adults loved being by the pool all day and in the evenings the kids had the TV, which had YouTube on it and WiFi throughout the villa. We had two big supermarkets within a 20min drive and the airport was only 12min away. Rafa made us a lovely meal one day and his kids and partner are all very very welcoming. We ranged from 2 years to 50 years and we have all said how brilliant our stay was. We all laughed and partied in the best villa, thank you so much rafa!!! Until next time......

We spent one week in Rafa's villa near Seville. We were a family of 15 people. 8 adults and 7 kids. The villa was fully equipped, much more than expected. Rafa, the owner gave us an excellent service, he solved any problem and prepared the villa according to our wished. We and the kids enjoyed very much the Hamam and the swimming-pool. This was an excellent holiday for all of us.

We have just returned from our fabulous 2 week holiday in Carmona. Rafa was a lovely host. He was helpful and attentive without being intrusive. He made us an enormous pan of paella for when we arrived which was delicious. The Villa was amazing. It was very clean. The décor was interesting, a mix of authentic Spanish antiques and modern conveniences; we felt at home and relaxed in the ample space. . There was air conditioning in every room except the bathrooms. Much needed in the heat of mid-day (we were there end of July – August). There was substantial storage space both in the bedrooms and in the living area for food and drinks (2 fridge freezers) and large enough space for preparing meals for our large party. BBQ was great although due to the heat we only BBQ’ed a few times – it was hot until 9pm! There were 6 Bedrooms one en-suite, including a bath. There were another 3 shower/bathrooms so no arguments at bed/shower times. All equipped with shower gel, shampoo and hairdryers. All rooms were spacious with facility in some rooms to put another bed. The lounge had 3 comfortable sofas which we used for sleeping on 2 nights when guests changed over. Rafa's home is stunning. The pools were both clean and well maintained. We had so much fun thinking of different games to keep us smiling all holiday. One of the children learned how to swim whilst we were there too. We were all very proud. The Haman style indoor pool made the stay ‘extra special’ and we spent a few evenings chatting whilst relaxing in there. There was also the roof space that we discovered and watched the sun set on several evenings with a glass of wine - breath taking! There was plenty of space for our party (we were celebrating my semi-retirement). The first week we had family and friends ranging from 3 – 55 years old. The kids were very happy with the pool and we were watched constantly by Rafa’s dog through the fence. We came to love her, she was friendly and the kids named her Betty. When it was too hot in the middle of the day the kids were happy playing in the spacious house, TV including Netflix, table tennis & badminton and lots of hide and seek games in and around the house. Second week, family and friends ranging from 15- 78 years old. We had pools party’s in the evening which was the nicest time of the day. We were a little noisy at times but this was ok as no one could hear us! My Mother in law found a cat sanctuary a few minutes down the road

We stayed here with some friends in June and loved it. The house is not far outside of Seville and we enjoyed the sunsets on the roof! More than enough room for us all and the kids loved the pools. Rafa made us feel comfortable and it was a nice treat to already have some food and snacks in the house for us as we unpacked. Overall it was a great experience. We hope to go again sometime!
