SUN DRENCHED LUXURY VILLA ON THE CÔTE D'AZUR with pool, bar, bbq area, AC, & gym

Fantastic house, extremely well appointment and throughtfully designed. The rooms are comfortable and many with ensuite bathrooms making things comfortable for all guests. The highlight is the pool and BBQ area that gets an amazing amount of sun.Management during the stay did a nice job making us feel at home. Some small issues in communicating with management during the stay (some requests not responded to, multi-hour response times when there was a power issue, etc.) but these were all quite minor and did not detract from the fantastic week!

We loved the villa - it had everything we wanted. Inside and outside there are plenty of low seating and dining seating areas for our large family of 9 adults and a high chair and cot for the baby. The villa is spacious and beautifully furnished throughout, so we could spread out and have privacy when we wanted. There are large dining tables for family meals and playing games, there's also table tennis, boules, a large swimming pool, a large bbq and big family dining and seating by the pool. There are lovely green lawns and terraces to sit and admire the countryside views and well-kept pretty gardens, and a great gym with sauna. Our host was super helpful throughout along with the villa manager and cleaning service. We booked a chef and a wine tasting session, both recommended by our host and very much appreciated by our family as we enjoyed evening dining by the pool. The local area is stunning and there are excellent shops for provisions nearby. There's so much to do in the region and Grasse is well connected by rail and roads. Our host made every effort to ensure our stay was perfect for our family holiday - and it was!

The house and location were perfect for our family reunion. There was plenty of space for everyone, and we loved the different areas of the house where we could congregate and enjoy our time together. The swimming pool and covered sitting/dining area was a great hit, and we spent a lot of time there. We equally loved the courtyard close to the kitchen for an alternate option to the BBQ. Every evening we finished up outside on the lovely seating area enjoying the view. The location of the house is excellent, very close to Grasse and a number of lovely villages. Shopping is very easy - we found E. Leclerc an excellent supermarket with exceptionally high quality. The house was exceptionally well equipped with everything we could possibly need (and more!). We could not believe the equipment available in the gym, including a sauna - the teenage boys in our group made great use of it! It was a beautiful, memorable holiday - something we will never forget.

Our group of 11 people (2 families with 7 children/teens) had the most wonderful week at this beautiful villa. Tony could not have been more helpful - he patiently answered all our questions before we arrived and he kindly arranged taxi transfers for us to the villa from Nice airport - he also provided lots of great recommendations for supermarkets, tours and restaurants. The villa, pool and gardens are stunning with several different seating areas inside and outside so we never felt on top of each other. The 6 bedrooms worked well for our 2 families; with each family having a floor to ourselves. The pool house area has a great secondary kitchen including a dishwasher which was very helpful. The high spec, well equipped gym was well used by our older teens. We loved Grasse old town and a few of us did a 2 hour perfume making course at Galimard. We ate out in pretty Valbonne and enjoyed day trips to Cannes, Monaco and St Paul de Vence. We would highly recommend Tony’s lovely villa to anyone looking for a relaxing, well equipped base to explore all that the area has to offer.

My husband and I took our two sons and families to celebrate a special anniversary. Tony’s Villa was perfection for us. It is spacious, well appointed with anything you could want. All the bedrooms are of gracious size, each couple had their own bathroom plus a few more! Lots of lounging and dining areas in and out. We enjoyed a delightful wine tasting by the pool set up by Tony. Evenings of wine, delicious food, music and games played well into the mild evenings outside while the children enjoyed the beautiful pool. There was no lack of reading matter in the library area and given how much we ate, we unfortunately did not utilize the complete gym nor sauna as we should have! Tony and his staff were always available and willing to help facilitate any requests we had. He arranged for a chef and specialty baker for a birthday celebration and gave many wonderful recommendations for places to visit, restaurants to try etc… Our only regret is that we could only stay a week, but hope to come back in the future. Our family of 9 will never forget our stay.

First time really exploring the Côté d’Azur. Great home in a spectacular setting. We took day trips to Cannes, Èze, Monaco and St. Tropez. Owner was very informative as soon as we booked and staff greeted us when we arrived and saw us off. Home is clean and owner arranged chef and cleaning service. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay at Tony's villa was fantastic. My family and a dear friend's family traveled to be there together for a week and we couldn't have architected a better experience than what Tony delivered. He was responsive and helpful at every step, including helping us sort activities outside the property. All his recommendations lived up to our expectations. Not easy to do. I know we will be back.

The house was just perfect. Everything went smooth from booking until check out. We can highly recommend this house, especially the garden and pool was a dream.

We were a group of 12 people in the villa, and we had a wonderful stay, The owner Tony is very friendly and very easy to communicate with. We had the best welcome from the housekeeper, a friendly and 100 % service, much more than you can expect :-). Tony recommended a private chef (Nadia) big succes, very good food and very friendly. Tony and Barbara were great: perfect preparation ahead of our stay and a very warm welcome with figues and wine. Also the little book in-house with the infos what to do is great. Our entire family had a fab time. The pics online are not exagereted, it is as beautiful as it looks. Awesome property, we will definitely come back.
