Beautiful property, very clean, good beds & our teenagers loved the large pool. Owner offered immediate assistance in case of problems (for example, a temporary power cut after a storm was quickly fixed). Recommended!

Nice house on top of hill with nice view. Few kilometers to the see but very quiet place. The house is well equipped and clean. Aircon in all rooms. Big pool and convenient pool house. We enjoyed our stay. Check in & out a bit restrictive (hours) but okay anyway.

We had a great vacation (one week) with our kids and grandchildren. It is a fantastic house with a great garden and poolarea and with the most beautiful view towards the sea and Cannes. The house is lovely and spacious, large bedrooms and bathrooms and a nice kitchen with everything you need. The area (uphill) and the small villages in the surrounding area are so scenic, that we gave up taking a trip to Grasse or Cannes and just enjoyed the nature. We spent also a lot of the day and evening outside, around the large dining table or by the great pool. (except for Tour de France finals ?) Overall, would highly recommend the property. Excellent place to stay and our hosts were very helpful on arrival, during our stay and when leaving - a beautiful place we would love to come back to.

We (grandmother (61), myself (38), my sister (36) and my niece (9)) spent two weeks in this great property, which we found to be exactly as advertised - large house, large gardens, and great pool area. We found everything we needed and could want. Anthony was more than accommodating and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. The house is very well suited for children (fenced garden, pool alarm etc.) and possibly also for disabled (no stairs to enter the ground floor, bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor and terraces and pool area accessible without stairs). The views from the house and garden extend directly to Cannes and the sea and are better than advertised. The property is located on the top of the hill as the last property before the woods and so, is very peaceful with no neighbors to disturb. While a 4x4 is not necessary, the road to the house is rather narrow. One does need a car, as shopping is some kilometers away - this is the price for privacy. All in all; a great property in a quiet location offering plenty of room inside and out which I am happy to recommend as a base for a visit in southern France. We certainly enjoyed it.

Lovely house located on a large hillside property facing South with a breathtaking view. House is extremely well equiped, very well arranged and offers a sizeable pool in a truly pleasant environment. Although the house seems secluded, restaurants and grocery shopping are only a few miles away. And if you like to alternate beach and backcountry discovery, this location is ideal. Last but not least, the Owners - Alexia and Anthony - are clear in thei communication, responsive and easy to deal with.

We had a fabulous fortnight in Anthony's Villa; our host was very helpful and the property was immaculate - spotless and well equipped. The plot itself is stunning with incredible views out towards Cannes and Mandelieu both in daytime and the sparkle of night-time. the wildlife is amazing with deer, red squirrels and a variety of butterflies which add to the ambience. The pool was great and it was easy to find shade to read a book etc - the terrace was a great place to dine, barbecue and in particular it was great to have our breakfast out there.

There were 8 adults and one small child in our party and the villa catered for all us. I can only reiterate all of the positive statements made in other reviews and agree that it is a fantastic place. The villa is situated high up in the hills and you need a car with a good clutch although you do get used to the steepness of the drive up! The views from the terrace are absolutely stunning and it's a superb area to relax, read and just enjoy the panorama looking over to Cannes and the coast. The villa itself is clean, spacious and has all modern amenities being very well equipped. British TV would be useful especially if you're staying during the Olympics but that isn't a huge inconvenience!!! The garden area and pool is lovely and very safe for children. Anthony, the owner, is very helpful and did everything to make our visit enjoyable. A key criteria for me is would I go back and re-visit and in this case there would be no hesitation - a resounding YES. This is the best Villa I have stayed in since visiting the South of France over the last few years.

Well equipped comfortable villa with amazing views and a lovely pool. Spacious, clean, super balcony surrounded by olive trees, BBQ, really everything you need. The road up to the villa is very steep but it does give you the views. Forest track further up the hill great for a scenic run west towards Grasse. A great area to explore or just relax at the villa.

We spent one week at the end of July. Being up in the hills you get a slight breeze which was welcoming at the height of the summer. Excellent accommodation, very clean with good facilities. Outdoor area spacious and private with the occasional wild deer appearing in the woodland behind. Spent lots of time lounging around very nice poo. There is a balcony with outdoor seating, with a canopy if needed for extra shade, where we also ate. Views towards Cannes exceptional. Car essential as relatively remote from shopping areas. Would definitely come back. Thanks Anthony.
