Stunning Villa, Private Pool, Beautiful Gardens, Close to the Sea, Great Views

The villa was exactly as described. We loved the accomodations, the pool, and all the different outdoor spaces. The hosts.were very hospitable, even leaving us fresh food and wine in the kitchen, and letting us stay past check-out time because there wasn't another booking after ours. We had a lovely time, and we would happily rent this property again.

Communication with Denise prior to our arrival was second to none she was very informative with lots of information and recommendations. We found the ‘bat phone’ very useful with all its pre-stored numbers for taxis and local restaurants. Denise very kindly offered us an early check in so when we arrived at 5.30am we welcomed the goodies that had been provided. The villa was absolutely immaculate and had everything we needed. Denise had even ordered in some of my favourite Turkish shampoo and conditioner!!!As a party of 8 there were plenty of seating areas to break off to or sit as a family. The pool area attracted the sun for most of the day so the umbrellas were a welcome addition. The man who came to clean the pool was lovely.We did have a couple of small maintenance issues during our stay but these were dealt with quickly and efficiently by Elena.This was our second trip so we already knew we loved the area it but the real star of the holiday was Villa Manazara. We have just spent 10 days making the most amazing memories and we are already discussing returning next year.If you are already considering Villa Manzara, just book it - you will not be disappointed!!So, a massive thank you to Denise and David for allowing us to stay in their beautiful villa ….. until the next time

We had a lovely stay at this villa. The host was so helpful giving us lots of useful information and very organised with everything. The villa itself was spotlessly clean and very well stocked with everything you might need in the kitchen and a BBQ. The are several terraces with stunning views and seating. The pool is a good size and deep. No shallow end so may not be suitable for very young children. Someone came every day to clean the pool and surrounding area and sheets and towels were changed mid-stay so we felt very spoilt. We had a really great stay.

We had a perfect time in Kalkan and can highly recommend this villa. First and most important Denise and David are perfect hosts. Ahead of our trip we received many useful tips, all communication was swift and easy. Also Denise arranged transfer, boat trip and mid-stay cleaning for us. The villa itself is very comfortable and in very good shape. The swimming pool and the pool area were cleaned on a daily basis. The villa is very close to three beach clubs, which we can all recommend. Taxi drive to the city and to the supermarket was easy. Overall we had a wonderful time.

Absolutely amazing experience from booking all the way through to the end of our trip. The information from Denise was amazing and we felt so well looked after the whole time. The villa is beautiful with stunning views and in an amazing location. We had 3 x teenagers in tow and they loved every minute of it. Great restaurants , an incredible boat trip and fab beach clubs. We're coming back !

The communication with Denise was excellent; she turned our holiday into a great holiday with all her local knowledge and tips. Villa was clean and spacious and the welcome basket was great when we arived on a late flight.

This is an exceptional property which gave us immense pleasure. You can always judge a product or service when something goes wrong, and it did during our stay; an a/c unit failed, and the host worked flat out to ensure the unit was replaced in super quick time. We were really impressed! We also had many DMs recommending restaurants and so forth. There was even a local phone we could use for bookings. Overall, 11 out of 10!

Wonderful stay at Villa Manzara. Villa was perfect and so well maintained, communication with owner and their agent was excellent. Great base too, for visiting the sites Türkiye has to offer, the fantastic local restaurants and bars.

This is an excellent villa to come and enjoy Kalkan. It is only a five minute walk to the beach club and there is also a free shuttle if you don’t fancy the walk. We had older parents and our children are students and we all had a great time. Denise and David were great hosts, always on hand to answer questions. The big highlight was the boat trip with Deniz and also the great food!

We had an amazing time at Villa Manzara. Denise the owner was wonderful and the whole holiday was hassle free. The Villa is well equipped and conveniently situated far enough out of Kalkan to provide peace but close enough to make going to and fro super easey even without a car. The beach clubs are close and great for the kids as ana alternative to the pool. Some great days out and Kalkan itself is charming with a diverse culture and great places to eat. I would fully recommend this villa for a great stay x

We were a large family group spread over 2 villas on the same road. Villa Manzara is immaculate, bright and very comfortable. We loved the pool area and the roof top patio with its fabulous views. The villa is a short walk to 2 beach clubs for when you can tear yourself away from the villa. There are also a couple of good restaurants within walking distance. For everything else its only a few minutes in a cab into Kalkan’s old town.

We really enjoyed our stay in Villa Manzara. The house is spacious and very well equipped. We loved the short walk to the ocean which is perfect for a larger group as you don’t have to think about transportation. We appreciated the included med-week cleaning and the garden/terraces and po was maintained twice a day.The landlord, Denise was very friendly, gave us a lot of great information and very easy to communicate with. We absolutely recommend Villa Manzara.

Great Villa, close to sea and beach clubs. Stunning views. Host was amazing from first communication to all information provided. Would recommend, walk to old town is 25 mins which we did most days and a cheap taxi back. We will be back.
