Spectacular Sea-View Villa with Spa Area

Absolutely wonderful stay at this villa for 10 nights in September 2025. We had 2 children (ages 4 and 8) and 6 adults (a couple of nights with 7 adults) and had the best experience. Brenda and Amanda were both extremely good at communication and quick to get ahold of/respond with any questions. The house was clean, equipped, and the pool was an absolute hit. Being able to walk down to the water and the public beach area was a big plus, as well as having a garage since we had 3 cars between our family traveling together. There is a larger grocery store (Lasko) less than a 10 minute drive away, and also a couple of convenience stores within walking distance. Definitely recommend!

The property is exactly as described and was perfect for our family holiday with age ranges ftom 18 to 85. There were a few issues that needed sorting and Amanda wad quick to resolve them. The rocky beach just outside was a serious plus as our family loved snorkeling from there and seeing so many fish. This was a real added bonus. The Bolt taxis meant my dad (who has very limited mobility) could join us everywhere we went and the lift in the villa also was brilliant so he could access all areas

The property is as beautiful as seen in the photos, but still managed to exceed our expectations for a rental! It was a quiet and relaxing place to call home. The ocean views were amazing and the outdoor space worked really well - great pool layout for kids, plenty of shaded options over the dining and loungers. The location is off the beaten path for tourism, but meant living more like a local and a sacrifice we were glad we made for such a beautiful property. While the beach in front of the house is rock, many locals would lounge there and swim. There was also a sand beach with chairs a 10 minute walk away. We would love to come back!

Beautiful property in a great location

Our family holiday to celebrate our daughter getting married was wonderful from start to finish! When we arrived it was even more amazing than I imagined! Everyone was blown away by the villa, view, pool, bedrooms, 3 games rooms and of course Spa. We were in a great location for walking to shops, restaurants etc..We hired a private catering company to come to the villa and do a rehearsal dinner for our daughter getting married. Both families stayed on the bride and grooms side and there was more than enough space to not being ontop of each other. The manager was friendly. Maybe a quicker response with help booking catering and a yatch would have been helpful as we didn't get a response so we did it ourselves. Also there was a tiny mirror in the bedroom by the pool which was too small to do make up or use, so a bigger one would be great and the cupboards didn't have long hanging space in any room for long dresses. Maybe some hooks for dressing gowns would make it even more perfect. It definitely was a magical experience and we would have loved to stay more than a week as it flew by.Thank you

We were celebrating our 60th anniversary with our children and their spouses. The venue was perfect. Everyone had a great time during our week.

Beautiful villa that looks exactly like the pictures. Perfect for a large group, it has all the amenities you need. The pool is not heated and so was quite cold, but a beautiful view and direct access to the sea. The games room and underground spa were great. There is also an external company they work with that will organise various activities, which made our stay extra special and easy.

The stay was amazing, house was spacious and met our needs.

Amazing property, great help from everyone involved

the house was amazing!! we had a few small issues that were resolved very quickly would highly recommend. only downside was alot of flies in the winter that came into the house.

A very spacious villa with direct access to a rocky beach but within walking distance of St Thomas Bay where there is a sandy beach. There are several well stocked convenience stores 2-5 minutes walk away, and a larger supermarket, butcher and wine shop within easy reach. There are lots of places to eat nearby. We arranged for a chef on 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the food which was restaurant quality and very plentiful. The games room would be a huge attraction to a family group. Public transport is excellent and we didn't feel any need for a hire car. Amanda and her team were available and responded to queries very promptly.

Everything is a beautiful as in the pictures

We had a wonderful holiday! The house is everything we needed to enjoy the Mediterranean at our doorstep, the pool, spa, games, main living area with beautiful views and well appointed bedrooms and baths. Amanda was terrific, helping us with everything we needed, and made checkin and out easy. Mathew arranged two wonderful evenings for us with delicious chef prepared meals!

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this villa. There was plenty to do in the house and its location was very convenient to the bus stop.
