If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, our sunny apartment is the perfect vacation property for you.

It is 10 minutes away from the beach and very close to restaurants and bars that surround the picturesque village's bay. This property is located on the third floor and served with a lift.

Near the apartment there are various shops; like supermarkets, the butcher, confectionery and even a pharmacy. There is also a mini-market (100 meter away) ,which is open till late at night.

The apartment has three bedrooms and can accommodate up to 5 guests.
MAIN BEDROOM with a king size bed and bathroom en-suite.
Second Bedroom with a double bed. These two bedrooms have got air-conditions and ceiling fans.
Third Bedroom has got a single bed and a balcony with outdoor furniture that enjoys stunning view. This balcony is perfect to dine alfresco late in the evenings, or better, having breakfast while enjoying the magnificent view of sunrise.

The Bathroom is very spacious and luxuriously finished with a bath. One can also find a washing machine and hair dryer.

Kitchen combined with dining and living area: The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge freezer , microwave , toaster ,coffee machine and electric kettle. It is also well supplied with pots and pans , glasses and cups, dinning plates and cutlery.

The living area is air-conditioned too with cable TV (32inch LCD TV) with various channels , FREE wireless internet and sofa. The living area has got a balcony with outdoor furniture too.
Other features that complement our apartment: Drying area ( in the balcony) , full length mirrors , iron and iron board.

Reluctantly pets are not allowed and the rooms are all non- smoking .

The use of electricity , ( air-conditions included ) are also included in the rental rates for a maximum of 3 Euro per night. This usually will be enough to cover the cost of the electric consumption during your stay and only in rare circumstances one had to top up with 1 euro or 2 euro coins , utilizing an automated electricity meter.

    The property is excellent, very roomy with modern furniture. The balcony was used all the time to catch the afternoon sun. The property owners provided a welcome pack that was used immediately because we didn’t arrive until after 9.00pm. Nothing was too much for the owners, first class.

    This was our first vacation without parents and we definitly want to return here. The appartment was very neat and whenever we came back it was with a large smile in our faces. Joseph and Censina were very kind to us and helped us whenever we needed. We had an amazing vacation.

    We had an enjoyable stay in the flat offered by Joseph Curmi. The flat had a attractive interior and was equipped with everything we need. A real advantage is also a very short way from the flat to the next supermarket. I like to thank Josef for his kind support. He always offered help and organized the transportation from and to the airport. Finally a stay in the flat could definitively be recommended.

    We have just spent 10 days in August at this apartment and really enjoyed our stay. It is more spacious than the photos look with high ceilings. The ceiling fans and a/c were essential for our stay in August, although not having a/c in the 3rd bedroom was a very minor negative (the ceiling fan and portable fan did well enough but some nights our daughter moved her mattress in with her brothers to benefit from their a/c!). The apartment is clean and modern and is generally well equipped with TV, wifi, large fridge/freezer, coffee machine etc. We cooked meals there some nights which was fine. The en suite off the master bedroom is a good plus, although that is the only walk-in shower (other than the shower attachment on the bath in the main bathroom). The balcony at the front was a nice option in the evening, especially when there was a breeze. The street was very quiet and seemed safe. We hired a car in Marsascala for 30 euros/day (Joe's car hire); parking availability was a bit hit and miss depending on what time we returned. Gozo ferry was an hour's drive. There is an excellent convenience store within 50 metres of the apartment which was very useful; accepting card payments. Probably the size of a Tesco Express in the UK so had all the things we needed (including a lot of British goods (marmite, Branston pickle etc) and good fresh bread and delicatessen . It may have been a bit more expensive than some of the Lidl's we saw round the island. There is great swimming less than 10 minutes walk from the apartment on the north side of St Thomas' Bay off a rocky beach which we snorkelled in most days and another 5 minutes beyond was another stretch of rocky beach with toilets and a cafe. We found the buses were great for getting around especially with their a/c which meant we could travel easily in the middle of the day (Valetta took 30 minutes and the bus stop was within 200 metres of the apartment). However, Marsascala was a nice place to enjoy in the evenings round the picturesque harbour with a good playground and range of restaurants and bars. If you're looking for a quiet, clean, modern apartment away from the main tourist areas in a town that gives you a bit more of 'real Malta' and that has good transport options we would definitely recommend it. Joseph and Censina were really welcoming and helpful and checked there were no problems during the week on Whatsapp.

    Came across this property online as was looking for an appartment to stay in for a week as attending a wedding. The owners was more than accommodating and couldn't do more for us then expected. They helped pick us up from airport and took us back and if we needed anything just a simple WhatsApp to them. Shops location and walking distance. Had a really good time, would stay again as was affordable and good price for the week!! Property is large and spacious pictures do not do it justice. Most friends stayed in silema and st Julians so travelled by bus which is about 40 mins to valletta then 20 mins to other towns €2 per journey so not far. Average €23 by taxi direct The beach/bay st Thomas is walking distance and pleasant not too over crowded not the best on a windy day as you get dust blowing everywhere.

    This was a spacious, comfortable property and very well equipped. It was beautifully maintained and well located for the harbour and shops. Joseph and Censona were very helpful and checked every couple of days to see if we were ok or if we needed anything. We would definitely visit again.

    Took us a day or two to get our bearings as we had never been to Malta before, but soon realised that the holiday flat was very near, not only to the beach, but the harbour also. The property was very big and airy and immaculately clean with all the facilities you would need and more. The Wi-Fi never let us down and more than enough sockets to accommodate a ladies holiday ::)). There were lovely restaurants nearby for which you always received a very warm welcome from the Maltese people but equally the cooking facilities at the flat were so good that we did eat in one night and enjoyed sitting in the front balcony and relaxing. Overall would have no hesitation in recommending this flat in Marsaskala. Thank you Joseph for such a welcoming stay and knowing you would be available if anything did happen was a comforting thought.

    This large apartment was suitable for our group of 4. The owners met us at the property in the late evening and had saved a parking space for our car which was helpful. They provided us with lots of information about what to see on the island and had a food welcome basket there for our breakfast which was a nice way to start our day. If you have a car, be prepared to drive awhile to find a space because the streets are very full and parking was hard to find, even in March before the tourist season begins.
