Spacious Villa With Private Pool And Panoramic Views Of The Bay And Its Islands

Everything amazing from start to finish. Communication with the owner was excellent and very helpful. We had never visited Turkey before, Kalkan and the villa exceeded our expectations. The villa is enormous and beautiful ly equipped with everything you could possibly need. The pool was fabulous and well used in the very hot August weather. Stunning views and a brilliant location, only a 10-15 minute walk into the centre and beach area. The hill back is hard work but taxis very cheap and plentiful. Wouldn’t hesitate in booking again, my son in his twenties, said it was his favourite family holiday! Thank you Charles and Nicola for enabling us to have such an incredible holiday.x

The property exceeded our expectations, it was superbly furnished and extremely comfortable. The pool was fantastic and maintained on a daily basis. Would highly recommend this villa.

Villa marcelli was beautiful, we all throughly enjoyed our stay and nothing negative to add. Our daily challenge was the walk back up the hill which we managed every day. The views from the top terrace is amazing for watching the sun set. Would recommend this villa to all my friends and family

The Villa is excellent throughout - light and airy - with A/C - immaculately decorated - superb pool and overall facilities - the added bonus of both expert local villa - holiday support - as well as a level of owner communication with Charles that we could only marvel at - made our stay last week completely memorable - We would recommend this villa to everyone - and will definitely stay again.

We found this property to be excellent. Villa was big, rooms were big, pool was great. The road was much lower so not overlooked by people walking past. The villa was cleaned twice while we there and Ramazan was there everyday, he even did a bbq for us one night with his wife. It was about 15min walk down to the town and a bit longer back up as hill very steep. Near to supermarket. Contact with the owner was excellent too. Kalkan is great place and we had a wonderful holiday there.

Villa Marcelli is exquisite. Charles and Nicola have gone to extraordinary lengths to ensure that every detail of their villa is of the highest quality. They have thought of everything and more. Our party of 8 adults and 2 children enjoyed the terraces and pool and our own rooms and bathrooms. Charles was extremely helpful before we embarked on our holiday, organising transport from the airport to the villa and recommending restaurants. A fabulous chef and a waiter came to the villa to cook us a BBQ. They even washed up afterwards! Will we return to Villa Marcelli? A resounding yes!

Great house and fully as described on the site details. Location for us was perfect overlooking the bay, sunshine all day from 10:00am and a nice stroll each evening down into Kalkan which is fantastic. Real quirky but fantastic feature is the upstairs outside kitchen. Our group of six had great barbecue/eat-in nights on the top floor which is a real positive dilemma if you know Kalkan's great repute for eating out, so a fantastic + point. Owner Charles was great communicator and remote host. DB

Myself and 7 friends have just got back from a brilliant holiday to Kalkan. Villa Marcelli was perfect for our trip, you couldn’t ask for a more spacious villa. En suite in every bedroom, lovely big pool area, a beautiful roof terrace. Location wise it worked for us, not too central but not too far out, the villa is a short downhill walk from town and 10 mins from a supermarket. Overall, we all fell in love with the villa and it acted as a great base for the group, we would definitely return. Ramazan is there to help with anything you need, I would recommend having him and his wife round to cook a bbq in the villa one night, so delicious. Thank you to Charles, Ramazan and Fatima for making our holiday one to remember, and hopefully we will be back next year!

Just got back from a weeks holiday staying at villa marcelli and I cannot rate it enough! The villa is beautiful. We took a 1 year old with us and it was well equipped to our needs for her. Ramazan looked after us amazingly and the cleaners did a great job. The rooftop bbq was a brilliant extra to have and we took full advantage of having it and seeing the views across Kalkan. I'd highly recommend a visit to Kalkan as it's such a pretty town and the locals are so friendly. Overall, an amazing holiday thanks to villa marcelli xx

Villa Marcelli is just stunning! We had a really fantastic week there. It is extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need to dine in and just a short walk to the town for eating out. The roof terrace with BBQ and outdoor kitchen was the icing on the cake and the top bedroom just fabulous. Our family are already planning our next visit...highly recommended!
